Hurley Roberts Service was absolutely wonderful. I had a ruined watch sent to them and they walked me through the entire process of acquiring a new watch. Very respectful and wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend to family/friends.

I have used Hurley Robert several times and their workmanship and value has always been great. This time, they replaced the Chrystal, bezel and seals. I got a practically new watch for a third of the replacement cost. The turn-around was longer than before but, at each step, initial inspection, repaiur and return, they gave me a time-frame and beat it.

Always happy with the results when my watch returns. Have always felt secure with the sending and receiving of my watch with the tracking system used by Hurley. My watch is 20yrs old and it looks and operates like it was brand new.. Thank You

My Citizens Ecodrive watch stopped working and no local jeweler would work on it. I found Hurley Roberts online as one of the authorized repair centers. I contacted them and they really made it easy to ship it to them for an estimate and the repairs were easy. Other than the repair process took 4 months everything else was great.

Sent my watch in to change the crystal to sapphire. Experience was smooth. Took a few months due to the pandemic but it was totally worth the wait. Any time I requested status updates, I received a reply in a timely manner. Great place to send your watch.

This is the second time that I have sent my watch for a tune up. The first tuneup was quick and complete. The recent tune up was VERY SLOW and I understand the COVID thing but it took about 3 months! The workmanship was excellent but the timing was VERY SLOW and this is why I did not give them top marks. When I inquired about watch status I got the impression that it was then put to the head of the line (squeeky wheel?).

I thought my Citizen Skyhawk was toast...but I researched repair companies and my local jeweler referred me to Hurley's Repair Shop in Georgia. Wow I couldn't have been more pleased. They guided me along the path and even sent me a shipping sticker (twice) as I delayed too long to send the first time. During Covid it took awhile, but no matter the watch wasn't working anyway. They evaluated it and explained the needed repairs and asked if I was willing to proceed. It was returned in perfect working order looking as good as the day of the original purchase. Yes I highly recommend Hurley's Service~

The good, the bad and the not a big deal.

My watch looks great and seems to be working great. That’s the important part. Logistically, it could have been better. I do also understand the Corona virus hampered the process. It did take about six months.
When I sent the watch in it wasn’t working and there was a big scratch on the crystal. They gave me a price for repairing the movement, I paid it and then asked about the crystal. It was a good thing I had asked. They didn’t include fixing the crystal. So, they got back to me with the cost of fixing the crystal and I paid it. I don’t know why it wasn’t noticed originally.
I sent my watch to them in it’s original box. They didn’t return it in it, it was returned in a plastic bag packed in a cardboard box and packing. I called, they had the box still and I am now awaiting its return.

My experience with them was great! Had to ask for an update since I hadn't heard from them in a month (COVID related) but after that it was smooth sailing. The repair price was fair and the work was spot on. I'll go to them in the future should I need their expertise.

I had this watch forever and it's been broke for over 15years.The last person I had work on it, Well should I say more like I said 15years.Had a hard time trusting someone with this watch again, Then I found Hurley Roberts and got Them at the start of the covid-19.

Well I went to a retail store to replace my broken Citizen watch. The price point of this watch was around $350 to $400 and I stop to think about it. So I went to the internet and found Hurley Roberts Service and they gave me instructions of what tp do. At this point I sent it off....what do I have to lose. So in a short time I received notice that they have the watch. Shortly after that they sent me a itemized statement of what it will take to repair it. Now I'm left handed and I wear my watch on my left hand. So needless to say it take a beating. They said it was going to be $125 to fix it....done deal for me! Well it came home to me in no time and as far as I'm concern I got a new watch for $125 and didn't have to spend $350 to $400 to get a new watch. So yes they did me well and I'm sure others are just as happy.....have a great day to all. Sign a happy customer

My older Citizens Stars&Stripes watch stopped working, needed a new crystal, new gaskets, etc. The watch was pretty beat up and I was not confident it could be repaired. This watch now runs and looks like new. Great service, and yes I would recommend Hurley Roberts to anyone that is in need of a Citizens watch repair!
