Terrible customer service.
Their default position is to blame customers for any and all problems.

Hurom.uk is a complete rip off. I need a pulp outlet gasket which is €0.67 on Hurom.eu but you don’t get the option to ship to the UK. On Hurom.uk it is a whopping £9.95 plus £4.95 postage for an item which is a 2 Inch piece of rubber and which would cost the price of a second class stamp to post. I like the juicer but really wish I hadn’t bought a Hurom knowing that in the future I am going to be stung this way for spares (if they are even available which it looks like most aren’t). My advice, if you live in the UK avoid Hurom at all costs.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Hurom H-300

I recently purchased the Hurom H-300 juicer with high hopes of enjoying fresh, pulp-free juice at home. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been nothing short of a letdown.

Juicing Performance (1/5 stars):
The Hurom H-300 failed to deliver on its promise of efficient juicing. While I didn't expect zero pulp, the amount it leaves behind is excessive, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a smooth, refreshing glass of juice. The juicing performance is far from what one would expect from a premium appliance.

Customer Service (1/5 stars):
My frustration extended beyond the product itself to the abysmal customer service provided by Hurom. Responses from their support team were excruciatingly slow, and their requests for countless videos and photos felt like a time-consuming and unnecessary burden.

Resolution (1/5 stars):
To add insult to injury, when I reported the issue and received a defected spare part, I was expected to foot the bill for shipping. Later, they asked me to send the entire machine, bearing the cost and risk myself, for further inspection. This resolution process was both inconvenient and costly.

In conclusion, the Hurom H-300 has been a major disappointment. Its poor juicing performance and the frustrating experience with their customer service make it a regrettable purchase. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before investing in this product, as it has not lived up to its promises and the company's customer service leaves much to be desired.

ITS KOREAN BRAND AND I ORDERED FROM EBAY SELLER CALLED with_us MAIN EBAY SELLER I PAID 489 US DOLLARS AND NOW IT IS IN PIECES BROKEN 2 PARTS. I TOLD with_us ALL THIS PROBLEMS THIS CHEAP PLASTIC JANK. AND THEY TOLD ME SEND ALL BROKEN PARTS TO KOREA THEY FIX IT GLUE IT AND THEY SEND BACK TO ME AND I HAVE TO PAY UPS OR DHL WHICH WILL COST ME AROUND £100!!! I ordered 1 x Fine and 1 x Course screen for my Hurom juicer - only the Course screen fits the machine - the Fine screen has notches that are smaller than the Course one and therefore doesn't fit.
I have tried calling the number on the website - 01908 272 842 and emailed their official email address HUROM UK info at huromuk dot com but the number says called failed (like it is not in working order) and the email goes unanswered.
Not a happy customer experience...

No response for warranty.
In 2 months some parts started to crack.
When I contact them they have never responded to me. This is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

Love this Machine!
It does exactly what it says, it is easy to clean if you clean it as soon as you have finished juicing.
It has made the process of juicing so much easire and faster!

I decided to purchase the Hurom 200 juicer doing extensive research on juicers. The sales representative at Hurom was extremely helpful in this process. They offer a 10 year guarantee, which is quite incredible ! We are very happy with our new juicer.

Overall a positive experience. Received the product within a week. However, for some reason I was sent a newer model, H200 instead of the one I ordered, H-AI. Fine by me though.

This item arrived quickly after order, The packaging was beautiful & the appliance layed out well in the box. Easy to clean & follow instructions, I made my first juice this morning. A quiet mechanism, which juiced quicker than I had expected, using the finer mesh cylinder made a clean & smooth juice, with all the tastes combining well.

Very pleased with this purchas, I have a relatively small kitchen & the upright model is the perfect size,

Can’t wait to use it again & experiment with this juicing adventure.

Initially sent the wrong item. However mistake speedily rectified by Mr Han, and correct item delivered. Website seemed to offer 24 hour delivery but it did take a few days.

Hurom customer service is very efficient and they dealt with my queries excellently.

My old juicer had a broken part and the company had since gone out of business. Hurom juicers looked very similar and they have lots of helpful videos to help you chose the one for you.

Arrived the next day too and the juicer is excellent, with extra features and much needed improvements.
They are expensive but worth it if you juice a lot and like a ‘clean’ tasting juice.

so i bought my juicer and was so pleased on the delivery process. responded to my email soooo quickly.. However, when I asked him about the warranty process, he never replied. So i am not sure whether this is a registered and legal distributor of hurom products. im just going to hope that my Hurom juicer that I bought from this website would last me long...

Great service from Hurom. Courteous and efficient with excellent communication. The juicer is first class. Well made, good looking, easy to use and clean.

Exceptional communication and speedy delivery time all things considered.

Have now been using the cold press for a week... it’s a game changer, so easy to clean! And the quality of juice is what Iv been missing in life.
