Quick delivery, item as described, website easy to navigate. Great!

Bought a juicer two weeks ago, so far so good, good quality, whether it is worth of £300, time will tell.

Super-fast shipping, would of given 5 stars, but slightly over expensive

Service was good but did not really have the product / spare part that I wanted.

I sent an e-mail inquiry about a spare parts. To my surprise, managing director of this company phoned me to understand my special requirement for the spare parts and kindly accomodated it. Excellent service! !

You sent it, all good but honestly why the need for a review. Everytime I go shopping I don't ask for a review - incredibly annoying and puts me off using again.

They gave me good advice, found the part I needed and it arrived the very next day and was perfect.

For one more star you have to send an email to the customers when the goods leave your factory, so we can tracki the delivery!

Easy to use website, everything well packed and arrived quickly. Only complaint would be why I paid more for shipping when the order came to 50pounds rather than a 30.

I have used Hurom HU 100 for at least 5-6 years. Juicing carrot crops every year, hundreds of them. Realy reliable gadget. However little circle plastic piece broke and I found it difficult to find a company that would ship the replacement to the Czech Republic- for reasonable money.
I bought better Angel juicer then and later orderd that little piece when I travelled to the UK.
Comparing Hurom and Angel, the pulp is definitely drier from the Angel. But Hurom is much cheaper. So go for it if you expect quality/price.

For a slow juicer this one is FAST. The cleanup is quick and easy. Definitely a must buy.

Your homepage is essy to navigate and I quickly found what I was looking for, a Hurom Juicer Hopper, and you have four different models... thanks to your clear pictures I was able to find the correct one. I ordered it two weeks ago, and that’s not the fastest delivery, but as the price as well as the postare costs were good (we live in Sweden) I can live with that, First and foremost - our juicer is working perfectly again!!

So thanks for a job well done!

Jaehee gave me excellent advice when I asked for help with a juicing problem I was experiencing. He gave me the part numbers I needed to purchase and replace to enable me to get back to my daily juicing routine.
