Although I was initially unsure about the process and how it all worked, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support I received. The support team guided me through every step via a helpful and friendly ticket thread, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Their competence and approachability completely changed my perspective on VoIP services.

This company never reach out I saw the app down loaded it. I was never able to use it. I called the company you cannot reach their costumer service Each I t tried to make it state I cannot make the call because another call in progress. It’s a scam company

It was very easy to port my number from Skype to hushed; support was very quick to respond to any questions and kept me informed along the way. Call quality is crystal clear.

The reason I'm using Hushed is because Skype ended its phone service and I found Hushed. So far i think its better than Skype.

After discovering Skype was being discontinued, I spent several hours researching providers I could migrate my Skype number to, and other than here on Trustpilot, everything else I read about Hushed seemed great. So, I decided to give the, a try. While I haven't been using their service long, Hushed has been great so far. Their support team has been speedy, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with, and the service has worked exactly as advertised. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews here on Trustpilot versus the overall great ratings on other platforms, such as the Apple App Store, but I'd definitely recommend Hushed based on my experiences thus far!

As you know Skype has abandoned us all and is no longer renewing the number, these guys saved my number and helped me step by step in detail to keep the number and make the lowest price for an annual subscription.

They are scam. They engaged my email to make sure my claim for refund at googleplay expires in 48 hours. After that they stopped replying my email. Finally, I had to claim refund from my Credit Card Company.

I've been using Hushed as a replacement for Skype, and I couldn't be happier with the switch. They were able to port my number from Skype within a day, which was a huge relief and made the transition seamless.

I paid for a subscription through Hushed’s website, created my account, followed every single step of their instructions, and still got locked out unless I paid again. I contacted their support team, sent multiple messages, screenshots, even bank proof of payment — and every time they just asked for “more information” or closed my tickets as resolved without resolving anything. It’s a scammy, broken, bait-and-switch app. Do NOT use this service - it's NOT a service it's a blatant racket! They’ve STOLEN both my TIME and MONEY.

Had to move away from Skype as it shuts down. Hushed ported my number in 3 workdays, all communication was lightning fast and professional. Phone works flawlessly.

I signed up with Hushed when a couple of other companies seemed unable to port over my Skype number. Hushed made it easy. The support staff was thorough and clear. To port my number all I had to do was complete a fillable PDF and email it to them. Less than two days later my number was ported from Skype to Hushed. I am able to receive OTP/2FA codes via SMS.

Customer Support is superb. You can contact them either via message in their phone app or by email. They always responded to me very quickly. Their response comes both by message and email. Very well done.

company may could be good but staff is so unprofessional. an agent named "Sam" deleted my account twice. First time I may did something wrong but I was using hushed from almost a year. This guy deleted my account, my whole contact list got scattered. second time I did nothing wrong but this guy came after me for no reason. again deleted my account. nothing is safe or secure here... worst experience ever.

Skype is shutting down so I decided to port my number to Hushed. So far, the customer service has been excellent in helping me with a smooth transition. I will see as time goes, how the service is compared to Skype, but hopefully the 2FA codes not being a guarantee will not be a deal breaker

Total rip off!!! Realized one hour after purchase that it does not work. They did reply and highlighted the very fine print of the customer agreement that it doesn’t matter and they are in no way responsible. Yea gotcha

"LIFETIME" number that gets disabled after 6 months of not using it, doesnt make sense to me. Dont call it "lifetime". To me this is either a full scam or close to a scam. Except that, the App functions have worked so far.
