I ordered items assuming they were actual items but received samples. The hut agreed to a return and refund. I paid to return the items with tracking details attached . The hut claimed that I hadn't returned all the items and refused to make a refund. I am out the £36.00 for the items and the cost of return postage. What an unscrupulous company.

Now an email tells me it will arrive three days AFTER Christmas…at the earliest. The delivery company has no record of the item…yet it has been dispatched. What is happening??
