product and service are good the logistic supplier hired by Huus (POST NL) is the worst you can imagine. Products were put in front of the door in the rain without informing us. We asked HUUS to stop working with this supplier. We never by goods when POST NL is the logistic supplier that is used

Huus has a beautiful affordable collection of furniture and decoration. They provided great service when I made a mistake ordering the wall rack "Jolande". The rack was delivered within a week and made our living room much more cozy. The rack is of top quality

The chair that i ordered would be delivered after 6 to 8 weeks and after 8 weeks i received an email to make an appointment to have the chair delivered. The chair looks exactly like the picture on the site and is very comfortable to sit in. The man who delivered the chair was very friendly. I would definately order here again.

They said levertijd is 8-14 weeks and the table is still not here after 20 weeks... they said we must wait more 6-8 weeks.
No compensation only you can do is cancel the order...

Delivery on time- top product. Love it

Ordered a couch, they promised delivery within 5 days, but it ended up lasting a week (not a problem) but i had to call myself to ask where the couch was instead of them contacting me that it had a little delay. Besides that it is a beautiful and comfy couch an we are very happy. We did have one slight annoyance with putting the couch together because there were no holes made for the nails for some of the legs, so it was quite difficult. Also the delivery guy tried to scam us into paying money for every floor he had to go up? without that ever having to be told to us. We eventually said no we are not paying that and then he was like okay.. Lol. But overal fast delivery and great couch!

It would be better however if they would send two drivers to unload the cargo.

From ordering process to delivery it was a first class experience. Contacted customer service for some questions. This was also handled in a friendly and professional manner.

Very satisfied with Huus until I tried to report an item that was damaged. I was able to choose a salon table as a gift with my sofa but when I took it out of it's packaging I realised that the top was not straight ( it looked heat or water damaged) I directly contacted Huus and was told to send an e-mail with photo, which I did, I then received a response saying that they could see nothing wrong with them and the fact that they were bent was just a character of the wood and that if I wasn't satisfied I should sell them and buy something else that isn't mango wood. I wrote back saying that I could not use the tables as nothing would sit on them as they are too bent, and neither would I sell someone tables that can't be used, and when I had seen the tables in the shop they we're fine and had items on them, why would I order a set of tables that can't be used, what would be the point ?
Their final reply was that some tables are more hobbeliger than others and maybe I could use onderzetters. All I wanted is to exchange the table for another that I could actually use. I can't believe that they think that these tables are acceptable and I find their replies very insulting.

I am super happy with the wall rack "Jolande" and table lamp "Nathan" and wall clock "Julia" they show off very nicely in my new home..was the best choice to order during covid19 period it's a beautiful style completely in love <3 <3 <3 I already got side tables "Bent" for my birthday from my son... and that's where it all started :-)

The supplied wall racks are very beautiful. More beautiful than expected. The delivery was great. Very nice driver. In short..... a 10+

Super service. Beautiful chairs. Great quality and the chairs are so comfortable. Delivery was very smooth and quite fast. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Could not have gone better. Will be shopping there again.

I orderd a TV cabinet which was deliverd damaged twice. The third time it was deliverd the cabinet was OK but not put together. Told them the day of delivery and still have not received the stuff to put the cabinet together. It is already taken them 1.5 weeks. I ordered the cabinet at 15-11-2021. Still waiting to put it in the living room. So almost 2 months.... Conclusion bad quality bad service.
