Received a broken box with missing parts
Ordered a chair the delivery was fast but whats the point of it , i received a broken toren open box , the pieces where not individually packed , some parts where broken and the most important part of the chair was missing after contacting them they said they will check for a solution. But after couple days no response back.
Late and damaged
The delivery was scheduled for a day and without notice they just rescheduled for the next day and table arrived damaged, I pressume it was the logistics handling. It is visible damage on the edges of the table.

We ordered chairs on 10 March
We ordered chairs on 10 March, with an initial expected delivery date of 1 April. We only received them in the first week of May.
I understand this was a pre-order and that delivery dates can shift depending on the supply chain. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of customer service throughout the process.
We never received a single email updating us on the delivery delays. Every time the expected delivery date changed, I only found out because I called myself. During one of these calls, I raised a specific concern: there was a risk the delivery would arrive while we were out of the Netherlands. Customer service told me I would have to amend the delivery details myself via track and trace. We did exactly that, and yet the parcel was still delivered to our address while we were abroad.
Over the entire period I called multiple times to ask how customer service could actually help me manage these issues. Every single time, all they did was look up my order number and read back the status. That is something an automated email could have done.
When we were finally notified that the parcel was out for delivery, I called again, because this was precisely the situation I had been trying to prevent. When I expressed my frustration, the employee responded by becoming angry herself, escalating the situation and telling me I needed to listen to her.
This was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The delays I could forgive. The total absence of proactive communication, the failure to honour my delivery request, and being met with hostility when I raised a legitimate concern, I cannot.

I think what you can improve is to put more information in description, bcs not everything is clear also with measurements.
Also is better to keep client is to put free delivery, bcs this many people look before buy products. I think is more important than the price of product.
The website can be sorted by easier category, like with picture categorie to see what you can choose faster. And also to see deals.
