TentWorld is a Scam – Still No Refund, Legal Action Imminent
Avoid TentWorld at all costs. I returned a tent and was promised a refund – including shipping costs – supposedly initiated on July 21st. It is now August 1st, and I haven’t seen a single cent.
Their excuse? That a credit card refund can take “up to a month.” Nonsense. Every serious business processes refunds within days.
After multiple emails and zero proof of any actual refund, I have involved my lawyer. All emails and phone records have been retained and will be used in court if this isn't resolved immediately.
TentWorld hides behind empty promises, provides no transparency, and clearly has no respect for their customers. This company is not just unprofessional – it’s dishonest.

Quality could be improved
The dining table didn't have a finishing layer (lacquer), meaning the table surface has no shine at all, while it has some cracks on the surface so I gave three stars. However, the client service was really proactive as they reached me quickly and we agreed on how to solve the issue, which is why I finally score it as 4.

Seamlessly website and proactive customer service
Right from placing my order and issuing the payment, everything works seamlessly. At first, I ordered a much bigger table, contacted customer service via form on the website, a couple of hours after, I was proposed to return the product and order and another. New order was placed today before 21:00 and the next day, order received. The refund took just 3 days after the first order arrived to their warehouse. Possibily one of the most proactive customer service I have ordered from.

I purchased a dining chair and bar…
I purchased a dining chair and bar stools, they were very reaosnably priced and incredibly high quality, I have already been complimented on them. Delivery service was ok communication was good, but not too much flexibility in delivery days and had to help driver carry everything as he was sent alone.
Returned one of the bar stools without any fuss, very easy to use even as an ENG speaker.
