Building parts of the couch don’t fit precisely but customer support is quick to find a solution
Customer support is very quick with respoding to any problems. I had a problem with a defective couch where one of the pillows came in different shade than the rest and the rails of the couch didn’t fit into one another, seems like the proportions of the couch were different and there was no instruction manual on how to assemble it. Fortunately, customer support were happy to help and find a solution. They will exchange my defective couch with a new one.

Only pity was the performance of Dynalogic in delivering it. It took 2 attempts, the first time they just made up a story that i was not home. I am very happy with the carpet.

My 1st review EVER!
The whole experience was hell of a ride so i really need to share:
My 1st order was in September, i ordered 2 chairs. Next day i received only one. I texted the costumer support and they asked for a label Aantal per verpakking but there was no such label on the box. Anyway, the next day they delivered the missing chair.
My 2nd order was in November of 4 chairs (same as in september just in another color). Next day i received only 2 chairs so i contacted the customer support again. They told me that 2 of brown chairs can be delivered after 24.1.2025 when they get them back in stock and that it was also stated on the website (when i added them in a basket it said delivery is next day, after they told me about what is stated it was changed to "back in stock 24.1.). After few days i received the 2 missing brown chairs. One of them was good, the other one had wrong chassis so we are back to customer support. After all the sent pictures of boxes they decided to deliver me the right chassis free of charge and i can keep the other chassis.
Oh, the chairs are great, seems good quality and very comfortable!
Update: after i posted review i got contacted by the customer support thanking for my review and asking how they can improve for me and turn my negative review to positive. I told them that theres not really anything for me, but for other people who may order from them and to be more careful. I have no intentions of ordering from this store again, regardless of my experience. The emails has been going back and forth and basicly i need to change my review to positive (with their help to improve my satisfaction) or for my review to be deleted completely. I kinda see that as harrasment

I got my orders very fast and…
I got my orders very fast and arragement of the delivery was very good and informative, the only problem was that when I received my dining table the delivery guy made a mistake and bumped the table top to the door so there are some scratches on the tabletop, although I contacted the customer service and they said rapidly that will they send a new one soon but the only bad thing was I had to wait one more week
