Very good customer service
I have ordered second hand table. It came really damaged so i returned it. I am giving high rating because I was pleasantly surprised with customer service and how quickly and smoothly they were answering and arranging all. The furniture it self was very nice so would have been good. The CS replied immediately, arranged all pick up and return money fast. This is the service you dont get often nowadays.

"No compensation possible."

Great Table and Helpful Service, but Chair Color Different Than Expectede and six…
We ordered a dining table and six chairs. Unfortunately, we had to return the chairs because, although the chair delivered was technically the correct beige version according to the specifications, the shade appeared significantly darker than what was shown on the website. It looked more like taupe. We specifically selected the beige option because it appeared much lighter online, and the actual color did not match the rest of our furniture.
That said, the customer service team was very helpful and arranged the return process quickly. We are currently still waiting for the refund.
Aside from that, the dining table itself is exactly as expected and we are very happy with it. We would still recommend this company to anyone looking to buy new furniture.

We bought a TV cabinet
We bought a TV cabinet. The quality of the wood is very bad. It was little damaged in few places. The assembly steps were very complicated and we had to drill our own holes in few steps to put it together. Disaster.
