Major problems with their payment system - big and frequent errors with payments. No trust.

My experience with the company as an agency was totally fine. I had an excellent relationship with my contact person and found him to be very professional, competent, proactive, approachable. But their timesheet and payments application (Sthree, DxP) is an absolute disaster. When implementing a new tool, a few teething problems are to be expected, but for the entire year I was with them, I had to go through every pay-slip with a fine tooth comb and there were errors on far too many of them. Big calculation errors involving big amounts of money that they were supposed to pay me. Not a company you can trust. I'm sure the people are well intentioned, but there are some serious issues with the competency of the back office and the people handling my money.

Refused drug test, still placed me

They placed me at a job after I refused to take a drug test. 6 weeks later they let me go because I refused the drug test. I have been lied to over and over by these people. They owe me money for hours worked nearly 6 weeks ago. I have practically begged them to pay me and still haven't received. Do NOT work for these people, they treat their contractors abysmally.

Poor experience

Unprofessional crowd - contacted by one of their agents (Jack Evans) about a
role - submitted CV….followed up and never had a response or any further communication. These are not the worst recruiters out there…but come pretty close in my opinion.

Fake job offers to collect CVs

They contact you proposing a job offer, ask for your CV and then disappear even if you ask for a feedback. Unrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.
My "so called" recruiter was Maria Belobodorova

Contractors timesheet issue

I've been working with Huxley for nearly 6 months as a contractor. The timesheets system called S3.workflow is does.not allow for attaching a document and system.hangs all the time. I don't get paid on time due to a.system glitch. This has been ongoing for 5 weeks - I face this issue every single week. They've tried to help but there is no complete resolution. This means that I waste nearly an hour filling timesheets which works erratically. I don't get paid if I don't complete the timesheet.
I'm stuck with no reprieve.

Firstly it was weird these guys ask for 5 references , even before an interview. Then i found out, they were using the references for cold calling and marketing purposes.. Luckily i didn't provide any important contacts. STAY AWAY GUYS! Unethical approach! Not sure whether they do genuine recruitment
