Hyundai Woodchipper HYCH15100TE 420cc 4.5''
Purchased this woodchipper at the end of 2021. In February 2023, after using it around 5-6 times only, the woodchipper was smocking.. After an investigation, I realised there was an internal part missing. I have never opened the machine, so God knows how that part ended up missing.. I called to ask for the spare part to be delivered, as I can try fixing it myself. I was told that the machine has expired its guarantee (I thought it was 5 year when I purchased it). They offer me to send the spare part anyway for free anyway. Unfortunately, the spare part was unavailable at the time, it was out of stock. Now it is end of July (6 months after, and after a long email communication exchange and lots of phone calls), and the spare part is still not arrived. I have no idea of the spare part to purchase, so I cannot even find it myself somewhere else. How is it possible that a spare part that was magically missing inside the woodchipper is also out of stock for 6 months from the manufacturer?? Incredible, I have a pile of logs to woodchip since February and an expensive almost-new not-functional machine parked in a shed.
The spare part is the number 43: clutch gasket

Great service, definitely use them again. Generator was sold out everywhere but was available to preorder. They kept me informed throughout and the generator was delivered yesterday. Fired up first time works a treat, couldn’t be happier.

I’ve made an order and paid on Saturday…
I’ve made an order and paid on Saturday 11.02.2023 for generator, nobody contacted me. On Tuesday (14.02) I sent an email to get information about terms of delivery . The manager answered me that I should sent a copy of my passport and council tax letter with delivery address (it’s very strange, but I sent them).
Then manager said, that my name not matched with the name in council tax letter, ( but it wasn’t a mandatory).
So today is Tuesday (21.02), 10 days left and I still haven’t received my money back. Nobody answered on my questions.
Bad, very bad experience.

Poor communication from this company
Poor communication from this company, no warning of delivery and no notification after delivery. Just found the product on my drive. Also no warning that the product contained no oil in the engine sump, which could have been disastrous if I hadn't checked. Not impressed!

I am sorry to hear about the lack of communication regarding delivery of your woodchipper. I am however happy to see that this has now been delivered. Often the courier will call you before delivery to confirm availability so I apologise if this did not happen on this occasion.
In regards to no oil, all petrol products are shipped without oil for safety reasons. I will of course reach out to you to see if I can assist any further.

Ordered a Lumag STM450 Masonary saw, says in stock on their website. Placed order on 05/02/2023, it’s been a week so far and have still had no shipping confirmation. Called twice in the week, each time they said someone will get back to you, nobody has. Even paid for priority delivery, pointless….Avoid!

Untrustworthy description and poor communication
I ordered a generator from HWB Car Parts on 28th November 2022, expecting delivery within a few days because the website showed, and still shows, that the item is "In stock". The confirmation of order says "Free UK Delivery (3-5 working days)".
On 1st December HWB Car Parts emailed "We have allocated one of these limited units for you to ensure you receive one this month". No communication since. Despite asking I now have no idea when I will receive my order.
