Fantastic ordered a generator on the web and it was already sold made contact with me straight away giving me the option to wait for a new one or offer me there store demo one as a grade A which o accepted at a much lower price arrived on time and was as described grade A which basically was new apart from 1/2 hour use

Unfortunately the multi-tool I bought from HWB car parts did not reach my expectations and wasn't suitable for me.
Obviously no fault from the company just the product itself.
When organising a return/ getting a refund the customer service team were the best I have experienced. Their responses were quick and helpful, they soon sorted out my problem and made the whole process easy.

Liers, untrustworthy, incompetent
Liers, absolutely incompetent company!
Everything backed up with records!
So I’ve ordered generator, grade A. They said its new but opened box.
I’ve ordered on Friday. Website couldn’t update in time so payment was done like 12:03. Guy assured me, no problem it will be despatch on Friday for Monday or Tuesday. I asked if I need to pay 9.99 for priority delivery. Agent said no, as he upgraded my delivery. Fast forward to Monday. Called. Asked for tracking number. Warehouse too busy, but I will receive on Tuesday. Ok. Called Tuesday. Asked for tracking number. Warehouse too busy, but they almost sure that I will receive tonight(Tuesday). Nothing! Today Wednesday, called again. Sales
Manager said oh it was despatched on Friday and now he is pissed off with warehouse that they can’t provide tracking no. Hour ago, received tracking number. Called couriers. Guess what? Genny is getting picked up TODAY! For delivery tomorrow! And its coming from main importer, not even from their warehouse! Lost all weeks income, just because of lies! Absolutely disgusting

Purchased item on Thursday.
Recieved item dispacthed notification on Friday with an estimated Monday delivery.
Item arrived later that day on Friday!
Seemless buying experience from start to finish.
Saw an ad originally on Facebook. I was a little sceptical at buying from Facebook without paying on collection, but chatted to Alys who was lovely and very helpfull and directed me to their website which is where I made the purchase.
Item arrived very well packed and in good condition. Haven't fully unwrapped it or tried it yet as have some building work to do first and don't want it covered in dust.
I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Great to see a business that still strives for good customer service rather than just allowing the price to do the talking.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Good communication to sort out a misunderstanding about additional delivery charges to parts of Scotland - which is a recurrent issue with certain delivery companies. Product arrived fully assembled and ready to go. (NB this is a review of HWB service, not the item, which I have not yet used).
