Ordered 3 items, garden chair, cordless wash and a portable fridge.
The items received were a proper scam,probably worth £2.00 at most,and PayPal no better.
Proved to them we were scammed- they won’t do anything about it- just as bad as the fraudsters themselves.

I purchased 2 hydraulic car jack kits from this site. Received 2 small plastic empty boxes. Paid $68.60 for both. I did take pics of the images they had on their web page with my iPhone of the product. When I filed a complaint with PayPal about Hwinstore and using these images for evidence? Hwinstore issued me a 50% refund. Hwinstore comes under many names. I WILL check with Trustpilot in the future before ANY and ALL purchases!!! P.S. this domain 'Hwinstore' is currently for sale

Zero stars!!! I paid over $72.00 for 2 little empty boxes that were to have 12V hydraulic car jacks inside.
We will see what they say about getting me a full refund...i will never order from them again if i could i would shut them down... for good....it is such BS that they get away with what they are doing to people. They are thief's.

IT IS NOW NOVEMBER AND THEY STILL CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER. THEY ARE TELLING ME TO CHECK WITH MY LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE. WITHOUT THE TRACKING NUMBER, THE POST OFFICE IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANT DETAILS. I WILL DEFINITELY REPORT THEM AS FRAUD THE BUSSINESS BUREAU. I AM NOT GONNA STOP UNTiL I GET MY REFUND OR UNTIL GET SHOT DOWN . FRAUDULENT COMPANY LIKE THIS NEED TO GET EXPOSE SO EVERYONE CAN KNOW ABOUT THEM.

APRIL 27th 2020 SAW ON FACEBOOK, hwinstore.com. I ORDERED $99.76 WORTH OF WIGS. PAYED THROUGH PAY PAL. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. CROSTSEA FALSELY CLAIM THAT IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESSE BY THE USPS ON 6-30-20 AND AFTER CHECKING WITH THE POST OFFICE THE TRACKING NUMBER THIS COMPANY USES IS NOT WHAT THE POST OFFICE USE TO TRACK INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES PER CHELSEA THE SUPERVISOR AT MY LOCAL POST OFFICE THAT HANDLES INTERNATIONAL MAIL. BECAUSE THIS COMPANY USED FRAUDULENT TRACKING INFORMATION PAY PAL HAS CLOSED MY COMPLAINT CASE NOT IN MY FAVOR SO NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO ME. I HAVE READ SEVERAL REVIEWS ON THIS SITE WHERE PERSONS HAVE USED PAY PAL TO PAY FOR THIER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PAY PAL SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR THEIR PART ON CONTINUING TO TAKE MONEY ON BEHALF OF THIS FRAUDULENT CO.

Its fraud its been 5 months i didnt accept the wigs dunno where to call we only have PayPal information cuz we sent money there their paypal is Crostsea Inc , i dunno how to report this i saw the advertising on instagram , somebody plz help

Its been 6 months to the day I have not received my wig nor have I received a refund. Or a Apology NOTHING...am pretty sure they or using other names, and website to continue to do there crappy bussiness. SO BE AWARE. other legit companies know about this wig co.hwinstore.

I gave this company 1 star because 0 is not an option, I have been waiting over 2 months, I ordered 2 wigs the pictures online is gorgeous so I waited patiently, I received them in the mail today and this is the worst looking crap I have seen in a long time nothing, I mean nothing like the picture and this company is a sham if you order from this company you are going to be pissed, I wasted like $80.😡

Not at all what was pictured or advertised and they have NO front lace. False advertisement and a rip off. Not fair to take advantage of people that work really hard for their money. Terrible experience. They also arrived nearly 3 months later.

It took 3 to 4 months to arrive and it is not the wig that the company is advising. I want a full refund. Its not hair. I am really not sure what it is. I just want my 52 bucks back. Please send me information as to how to get a refund

False advertising, cheap wigs that has no lace front what’s so ever, as well as bad shedding, and takes months just to deliver to you. A scam all together if you are reading this I suggest you go else where for A good wig/ service. Only good thing about it is price which is probably why they wigs and service is horrible.

I too am sorely disappointed in my wigs. Ordered them in April & just received them on 7/8/2020. Two of the wigs that I ordered look nothing like what was advertised, they are shedding & just don’t look good. I will never order a wig again, first time will be my last!

I ordered in March,till today I haven’t received my order, pls be careful of this fraudsters 😢😢🙆🏻‍♀️
