I received a HXTN bag as a birthday…

I received a HXTN bag as a birthday present and overall the bag is excellent, however I have a quality issue with some of the stitching and have tried to contact the company to raise a quality issue. However so far I have had zero response. Any contact to acknowledge my complaint would be appreciated!

Received an order but 1 out of 5 bags…

Received an order but 1 out of 5 bags was received. Tried to get in contact with their team multiple times and have yet to hear from them. Those were Christmas gifts meant for others not for me that’s why I’m mad. I got one of them. And my paper receipt says 5 out of 5 but only 1 in the package? The shop app screwed me during its tracking and DPD transport are unable to answer calls. Tried to get in contact with @hxtnsupply and still nothing after many attempts and I must say I’m highly disappointed that my friends won’t be receiving their gifts at all. But I’m open to options of how to resolve this issue at hand. Because I like the products it’s the customer service that sucks. If @hxtnsupply needs proof I will give it to you.

There’s no customer service at all…

There’s no customer service at all for this company. I ordered a lot of stuff from the company because the prices were reasonable.

I tried to contact the company because it has been stuck in one place in Europe and I live in North America for about a week.

Since the company has not returned my multiple emails, I called the delivery service. The delivery service did not give me an estimate when it will arrive and to contact the company.

I know that they have the correct email because I received an email asking me to review their products that I have not received.

I want to cancel this order but I don’t even have that option. HXTN Supply, if you can just be more communicative to your customers, you’ll have better results.

Worst Customer service I have ever…

Worst Customer service I have ever received from a trading company. I bought a HXTN t-shirt, it arrived smoothly. The t-shirt happened to be the wrong size, therefor I completed the Returns form and returned the T-shirt back swiftly. I returned the T-shirt way back in July 2023 this year, & up to now- September 2023- I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OR ANY CORRENSPONDANCE FROM THIS COMPANY- DESPITE SENDING MULTIPLE E-MAILS & DESPITE SENDING MULTIPLE MESSAGES ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIAPLATFORM.

I don't understand how a company can get away with such poor customer service and simply not respond. I must add prior to making my purchase, HXTN's customer service was great and they responded promptly to any enquiries I had.

Probably the worst customer service…

Probably the worst customer service ever. Had to return my items after they were finally delivered. I sent them tracked and they were delivered to Hxtn supply weeks ago. No refund or response from customer service after multiple attempts. Avoid this company

Sent wrong item several times, never received correct item

Honestly I never want to leave negative reviews, but if I didn't receive a product after two orders (25/11/22 & 18/01/23) and several more deliveries of the wrong item, and still wasn't refunded, then... Yeah. It also took a few emails and several months before I got a response.

Basically, I was sent the wrong item 4 or 5 times because, and I kept telling them this, they had two different products with the same invoice code. They just kept wordlessly sending the same incorrect order out again. I don't even know what to do with this many of the same wrong item.

Eventually, I got a human response in mid February and was told that they'd send the right item soon. By now, I figure it's not going to arrive. I'm not even sure they still have any stock of the item I wanted, this whole thing took so long. I'll take the review down if it somehow actually arrives, because that'd be a nice victory for everyone.

Quality of the merch is pretty good for the price, especially during sales. My friends and I do like the items we've collected so far. But definitely avoid purchasing anything until all the reviews about missing items and silent customer support fade away.

Edit: While I'll probably never see the bag I ordered, when I posted this review HXTN sent me the refund for that missing item. Really would've preferred getting the item I ordered, but I guess wearing 5 cross-body fanny packs at once will have to do. Once again, consider holding out from purchasing until there's no more of these missing item reviews.

Fair prices

Was a bit skeptical at first when looking at the reviews and site itself, even though the site itself is just a normal shopping one.
Couple of weeks later the item(s) arrived in good condition via royal mail & posti.
Would shop again sometime if I need to buy more techwear

Item missing & unfortunately unresolved

Great gear, however one item was missing upon delivery and despite sending several emails I have not received the missing item to date.

The brief acknowledgement I did receive on 17th April was the same tracking number for the original parcel.

Customer service just isn't their thing seemingly which is a shame

Missing items

I have ordered a rew items for my sons birthday, they tried to deliver a few days later, they said no one was at home, but we were, they would try the next working day, but nothing. (order #13669) I ordered 3items and one off them was the wrong one I emailed the company immediately to return the wrong item and to get what I ordered. They assured me they will send the item I payed for and that I can keep the wrong item. It's been more then 2months and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. Really upsetting!

Missing goods, Poor customer service

I do not recommend shopping at this store.
I have placed two orders so far, the first purchase was a bag which turned out to be quite good but below expectations, while the second order has a missing product and a product damaged during transport.
If anyone is interested in buying hats, I do not recommend that due to the fact that they do not send products in a cardboard box, which does not protect the products.
I have tried to contact them via email but seems exactly as other customers stated in reviews that it's impossible to get in touch with them.

If I might kindly put across our side of this. Your order arrived at 14:25 on Friday - we state (fairly) that all emails will be replied to ASAP, but typically within a working day where possible.

I have searched our inbox using both emails from both of your orders, and cannot find any correspondence.

It is 20:30 on Sunday 26/03 night - even if you had mailed immediately on receiving your items, the next working day would be tomorrow. So to jump straight to negatively reviewing us seems, at minimum, unfair.

Referring to your items. We want all customers to be happy with their purchases. To ship with a cardboard box would double (potentially more) shipping cost. When the two hats ordered cost a combined £9.99 in our ongoing sale, it would be a fair assumption that this would be money misplaced (not to mention packaging for packaging sake, which goes against our ongoing attempts to become more environmentally aware).

We are an extremely small team, working around the clock. We *always* look to resolve any customer issues with their orders - unfortunately this 1* review largely feels like a means to strong arm us by negatively publicly reviewing us.

I'm aware you are unlikely to change your mind, or review. But would ask that you send your concerns and order number to info@hxtnsupply.com as we would still look to resolve any order problems.

Updated Review

I want to update my review. HXTN reached out to me and their customer service has been superb. I have now received my items and I am very happy.

For clarity they did not ask me to update or amend my review, I chose to do so based on my experience with them now.

I ordered about £73 worth of items on 9th March. I have had no shipping conformation at all. I emailed them on 20th March and have had no reply.I cant find any number to phone them with.

This has not been a good experience so far.
