Very good right from booking in process. Communication was excellent and everything explained properly and quoted up front. The plumber who came round was Jake and he was very good in answering any questions I had. He did the job efficiently and without mess and was a nice guy too. I liked the facility to pay by card with Jake once the job was complete. Overall I'm extremely happy with the service provided. I will have you back in the future for any other mishaps or sevicing, and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We had HydroHeat to install a new boiler for us. Our old one was a back boiler so it was quite a big job.
After having two bad experiences with contractors this year for external wall insulation and electrics we were really hesitant to have another contractor in our home. We needn’t have worried. Ben and Jake from HydroHeat have restored our faith. Fantastic job, clean, neat, tidy, punctual, well mannered. I would recommend them without a doubt. First class. Thank you.

Always professional, competent service leaving a high quality finish. I've had Jamie round to do some work for me a few times now (fitted and serviced my new boiler, fixed a leak under my bath, fixed a leaky radiator pipe I had) and been impressed every time. Hydroheat's prices are always more than reasonable and they take payment either online via invoice, or in person with a portable card machine. No "cash in hand" tax dodging. Highly recommend.

Hydroheat have recently installed a new boiler and flushed the radiators. From the quote to the invoice following the job, everything was clearly explained. Communication via text/email is the best I've had from a trademan/company.
Friendly team who are happy to answer any questions.

The issue I had was that the shower only provided hot water for a few minutes before going cold. All other hot water taps were working fine. I tried everything I could to solve it but the issue frustratingly persisted.

It was time to call the experts so I called Hydroheat and the lovely Sian got me a same day appointment. Ben arrived and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes and had fixed the issue (faulty flow switch) within an hour! They were really professional, friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. I can definitely recommend them and I will be using them for all my heating maintenance in the future. Thank you!

Would highly recommend Hydroheat. Service was excellent and when we had an issue with the service warning alarm the engineer contacted technical support to help us correct the problem.

It’s the first time I had used Hydroheat, and I’ve been so impressed with the whole process. The booking system was easy to use and fast. The communication throughout has been fantastic, from confirming the booking to sending text messages to remind me the day before and when the engineer was nearby. Ben the engineer was very pleasant,easy to chat to, punctual and left no mess behind. I will certainly use Hydroheat again!
