Called Hydroheat to arrange our annual boiler service. Great communication from start to finish. They were on time, polite, professional and completed the job whilst adhering to the current covid guidelines.
Will be using these guy in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I love this company, they are so so easy to deal with. My boiler stopped working and less than 2 days later the problem has been diagnosed and fixed. The quotation and invoicing system is really easy to deal with, click a button and the invoice is paid without the hassle of dealing with cash. I had live updates of when the engineer would be with me, they arrived promptly and were pleasant and polite and respectful of my property. Can’t recommend highly enough

With regards to booked jobs/visits, they are always courteous and inform you of ETAs and progress. Very professional service from the first contact through to finished and follow-up jobs.

Hydroheat fitted my valiant boiler 3 years ago and have been very pleased with them when recently maintaining boiler.
The after service personal service is great with Sian and Jamie both giving me a call on a query I emailed to them.
I always recommend to friends.

I was very happy with the service provided by Hydroheat Boiler installation. Very professional service from booking through to my appointment to have my boiler serviced. Will be using them again and will recommend to family and friends.

Jamie serviced my Vaillant boiler. On-time, courteous & Covid-compliant. Thorough service & advice given on future steps for an ageing boiler. Would happily recommend & will use again next time.

Jake installed a heater in our living room. He was very helpful, answered all our questions and put our minds at rest. Very professional service and kept the house tidy as promised. Sian was also informative

Had a boiler replaced this week. Ben who installed the boiler was very professional, friendly and helpful. The work that was done was done to a very high standard.they left my house nice and clean,you wouldn't of known they had been in my house. Recommend to anyone.

I requested a boiler service a few months back but have only managed to write a review now due to various other commitments. In essence I requested the standard boiler service and was received an extremely thorough and highly professional job. The attendant, Jamie, went above and beyond the service requested. In addition, the office staff were very prompt with great customer service.

Came out on the day of my call. Full system check and replaced the failed synchronic motor. Fully tested and checked before leaving. Quick, clean and fully explained what work was being undertaken. Thank you Jake.

First class service from hydro heat from start to finish, unblocked central heating pipes to 3 cold rads . Great communication and punctuality and a good price for the work that was involved. Definitely use them from now on for my plumbing needs. Well done Jake for grovelling around under our house to get the job done.
