I called & spoke to Ron. He helped me find the right size model etc. I was going to get a walk in from another company & was sad I didn't see a walk in on the site. But, RON GOT ME A 46" tall walkin tub. I paid over the phone & it came weeks later as expected. My tub is a great quality and I was so happy to see metal and no cheap fixtures. In the set was 3 types of drains. Smart b/c all situations would be covered. I took my time hiring the right people to put it in. Plumbers and electricians. At this point we have only used it twice (it just got installed this week) but, my my how nice it is. I made the right decision buying from hydromassageproducts. We are soooo happy so far. It has exceeded our expectations. I was surprised to find out from the installers that many love these so much they put them in their laundry room so they can take it to their next house. That i guess saves the plumbing bill. Mine is built into the bathroom. I BOUGHT A AIRJET TUB with the micro oxygen, music therapy, it heats the water etc.

I bought this tub online. Big mistake. Ordering a tub online that’s a hydro massage tub comes with many complications. We have had endless issues with installation and getting the tub to work properly. It came with the wrong parts on it and we had to have those replaced. The heater doesn’t work under the tub, and I have chronic pain and I still after six weeks cannot benefit from this tub. I bought it as they promised it helps with chronic pain and fibromyalgia. It had caused me so much stress that my chronic pain is now much worse. I am so sad with this company and will never ever order from them again.

I bought a jacuzzi from Hydro Massage two years ago. The tub is beautiful and has numerous jets and settings.
The problems are that the company is based out of Denver, Colorado. Everything is done over the internet and that's fine except when the tub is installed and the problems are not fully explained.
My biggest problem is keeping the water in the tub while in use. If you are not careful the jets will shoot water all over the bathroom. This would be alright if you have tile surrounding the tub for ten feet but not in the average bathroom. I have to bank my tub with towels every time I use it. I have contacted the company about this problem and they said to use the little, hard headrest that comes with the tub. It's uncomfortable and doesn't work. Beware when buying this product. Water everywhere and there's a huge learning curve.
