Order was placed at 12:24 pm on Monday April 27. I got an email on Tuesday at 3:19 saying the order was delivered. My niece was discharged from the hospital on Thursday and still did not receive the order once she was discharged. I then got an email saying that they needed an address to reroute the delivery so she got the delivery on Friday even though when I initially placed the order, it said it would be same-day delivery so she had no order for while she was in the hospital.
I got several notifications that the receiver’s name could not be found in the hospital which they did eventually find. However, the flowers I ordered looked nothing like the flowers that were delivered unfortunately.
Delivery was on time, but the bouquet that was received was not even resemblance of what was ordered. I had ordered a beautiful white variety of flowers, and my recipient received red, purple, and yellow with just a splash of white. I was notified that some of the flowers may need to be substituted after placing my order, but it wasn’t even reminiscent of what I had envisioned or experienced with other floral orders from other companies I’ve purchased in the past. I will not use this website again.

We didn't receive the bear with our purchase. The Flower shop said it was an error due to processing from the website since it's a third party. They couldn't deliver it afterwards because they didn't have a driver and they were going to close. The flowers were nowhere nearly worth the price of what we got. Overpriced and cheap looking.

I would have been better off waiting until the next morning and ordering directly from the in hospital gift shop! I placed a same day order with HospitalGiftShop.com at 6pm and it wasn't delivered until the end of the day, 5pm, the next day.
This is a third party site. It is not associated with the hospital or the website. Since the gift shop at the hospital was closed at 6pm when I called to place the order the hospital phone message directed me to HospitalGiftShop.com. When I heard from the patient's caregiver that the order hadn't been delivered as of 3pm the next day, I contacted HospitalGiftShop.com.
When I called the customer service number, each time it went to voicemail. I left a message and no one responded.
When I used the Track Order option on the website, I received no indication of the order status.
Very frustrating since it was time-dependent birthday gift. At 4:50pm, ten minutes before closing, I got notification that it had been delivered to the reception desk. At 5:12pm the patient received it. Very nerve racking and disappointing.

Please do not waste your time and money, order local. I have a nephew who has Down syndrome and is hospitalized.
I was assured since I ordered early that it would be same day delivery. Never delivered, and when I tried to call customer service I received a message stating they would call back. Never did. The next morning I called and they said they had a computer mess up and it still would not be delivered until late in the day. I asked for a full refund, and actually called edible arrangements, it’s being delivered asap, and I saved $50. Of course my refund will take 5-7 business days, so I have almost $150 tied up.

I ordered an edible arrangement at 8am which was offered based on the delivery location. I received a text two hours later stating they couldn’t offer the product so I replied with an updated request. I received no confirmation or update and called customer service. I was told they would replace the product with a different one but could no longer deliver same day because the delivery trucks had already left. When they delivered the next day, the receiver had already checked out of the hospital. I continued to receive multiple texts from the delivery provider saying they had delivered, then they hadn’t delivered, then yes then no. Meanwhile the receiver was still in the hospital with a newborn waiting to leave. The communications were poor from start to finish.

I originally thought I was ordering from the actual hospital gift shop, but everything turned out great. I have heard multiple compliments on the arrangement which makes me very happy since I am unable to see it myself. Maybe they could attach a picture of what was delivered to the delivery notification!

Patient was released the same day the flowers were delivered to patients room. Flowers were sent to Patients home and that was great. the only thing is that the flowers did not have a card saying who the flowers were from
