Late delivery, poor communication
Though I met the deadline to have same day delivery, they were delivered 3 days later after my friend was discharged. The updates were sporadic and I had to call several times to know where the delivery was. I used this site to get flowers delivered quickly and wish I had used a local flower shop instead.

I ordered flowers for a patient and they said they would be delivered the next morning but when the patient was released in the afternoon, they still hadn't received them. I received a text saying they had been delivered. I guess I paid for flowers to sit on the nurses station. I will not recommend this service to anyone and will not use them again.

Highway robbery ripoff
I spent $72 on an arrangement for my sister who was in the hospital with pneumonia on her birthday. She received what my Mom said looked like something that was $10 from Walmart. This place is a scam, do not buy from them!

The flowers were not nearly as pretty as depicted on the website. I could have bought flowers at grocery store and put in a vase and saved money. There was no ribbon or any type of decoration. They were just plain. Disappointing!

I ordered a different set of flowers and different balloon. I understand that not all flowers are available....and the ones sent were a lovely and reasonable substitute. But I'm fairly sure I ordered a get well balloon and not a happy birthday balloon.
