First off parcel got lost so it needed replacing which was very quick an efficient. Person was very polite an did what he needed todo at his end then sent out parcel then it came next day.

The items I ordered were unfortunately out of stock, so I was sent different models instead. I contacted the company who were very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I decided not to keep the items sent to me. The owner was extremely helpful and arranged for and paid for the items to be sent back as next day delivery. He was very honest and understanding. I can see that telling the truth is not one of the things that were part of what you learned growing up.
First - We had the products in stock but your payment was flagged as high risk. This happens when people place orders and pay for it with cloned or stollen cards. We've sent you an e-mail explaining the situation the same day you placed the order, with a sreen shot and we've told you that we refunded your order in full and if you still want it you can make a bank transfer and we gave you our bank details. Dead silent, no reply, no call, no nothing so we presumed that you don't want the order anymore.
2. After you posted the "not even close to reality" review we've sent you another e-mail, with screenshots of the refund, with autorisation numbers for the refund, with details of the refund and with the card that the refund was made to. Again, silence, no reply no nothing.
3. I hope you understand, that when you make a payment with a stolen or cloned Credit Card, when we refund that payment it doesn't go to your bank account but it goes to the bank account that the Card belong to. If not, there is the second thing you learn today, beside Do not lie.
We have electronic footprint of the transactions so we are more than happy to show it to anyone who even consideres your review close to being true.

Extremely helpful team. Excellent range of products and price range, prompt and comprehensive replies to queries via WhatsApp. Postage required by their shipping company for soil is the only drawback to an otherwise excellent company, would highly recommend.
