Ordered goods arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the spray nozzle was broken on receipt but as soon as I alerted Hydrouk of the problem, they immediately dispatched a new nozzle. Very impressed with the service from Hydro UK and especially Harry who sorted out problem very quickly

I would like to thank Harry for all his help in getting a replacement bottle sent out. Excellent service many thanks

Solid experience with no hassle and products arrived before due date. As for cleaning, gone are the days of mop and bucket…. Nice

First class service from order to delivery. My latest purchase detail product is the cherry on the cake. Applied to a wet car and dry with a towel to leave a showroom shine finish. Thank you Hydro cant wait to see the new product.

Watched the videos of the 2 part wash system liked what i seen

Videos of dirty 4x4,s been washed clean with pre wash then snow foam then washed off with a hose

No mention of this in there videos just false hopes

Informed hydro i felt robbed / missed lead there reply have a free bottle of car wash

I then told them I did not want this
And really not happy with product no offer to refund return had to find this out by trading standards

Requested a return have to supply own box as they won't send out box which the original was damaged due to a leaking product
Then to cap it off they will charge me £4 for a returns label

Harry although did reply to most emails quickly
Just kept offering a free bottle of shampoo

Which was just rubbing it in further by saying after the pre wash and snow foam there product won't remove dirt like there many reels on Facebook ect muddy land-rover cleaned with the pre wash and snow foam then a hose

But no he admitted the system does not work with out a wash after !!

£89.99 wasted in my opinion for a wash no better than a cheep car wash

Snow foam bottle has to be pumped constantly and no way can you cover the side of a land-rover with one prime of the pressure bottle

By far the best car cleaning products I've used in years ... so easy to use for anyone and no need for stupidity expensive details to clean your vehicle... I clean my 66 beetle with factory paint and my Golf R32 in black (the worst colour to keep clean) but after using the products it's show quality clean, inside and out... I use this for all the car shows ...love it ... BEST ON THE MARKET

Ordered V2 and tyre bundles. Received a mixture of items in damaged packaging. No tyre bundle received at all nor a 5 litre bottle from the other set but did get some small interior bottles. Queried and was asked to return the interior stuff sent in error. Have confirmed shipping and proof of return delivery but no no reply from hydro and still missing over half my order. 3 weeks gone now. Hard to review something positively when they don't deliver or communicate leaving me feeling like I've been scammed. Still bombarding me with marketing emails though.

Fantastic products my car has never been so clean. A testament to a company is their customer service and I can’t fault the guys at Hydro very quick to answer emails and sort any issues. Highly recommend all the car cleaning products

Cheap rubbish leak out of bottom of bottle bad nozzle stay away con up the Autoglym

First time using the products today, the pre wash and snow foam worked pretty well, but I wasn't impressed with the rinse off as it left dry streaky marks on the paint which was a nightmareto get off, the detailer works as it does, overall I was happy with the results just won't be using the rinse off again.

Have used these products before and have been really pleased with the results. The latest order came with the advertised mystery box but unfortunately part of the initial order was missing (1 item). Contacted them and got an almost immediate reply from Adam who quickly resolved the issue so great customer care as well as great products

Ordered a bundle from Hydrouk and the free mystery box was missing. Emailed there customer service and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently and sent my missing items out the same day. Will definitely be buying from them again.

8Bought the Caravan cleaning package, put on the pre wash and left for a couple of monute washed off and all the green algae was all of as well as the black marks . I then put om the cara shine left for a couple of minutes then washed off . My Caravan is just like a new van. I wish I had of found this product years ago. This is a 10 star product 100%

Great product ! purchased to save money this summer, as I have two cars and a van. The local car wash charges £15 a car, this cost £80.10 so five washes and its paid for itself, does exactly what it states, I washed my Van in 10 mins first time using it, with great results. One Item arrived broke, this was quickly reported and replaced, thanks to Adam in Customer support. The whole experience cannot be faulted thank you.

So easy yo use , haven't hand-wash my cars since October, no need to with the pre-wash and snow foam , the V2 bottles are just brilliant 👌

Its a CLEVER SCAM. The vehicles shown - cars, caravans ,bikes etc being cleaned are clean in the first place. The advert shows spray the stuff on , wash it off & there you go fantastic result! What they say you ACTUALLY have to do is spray it on then go over it by hand SO WHATS THE POINT OF THIS VERY EXPENSIVE STUFF? I thought the idea was to save time & effort but IN REALITY you have to do the same as normal ie go over it by hand not simply spray in on & wash of as they imply. They even sell the wash mit, scrubbing brushes etc so know very well you need them to get the result you want. If you have a clean car ,show car etc it works but if its a dirty car is TOTAL EXPENSIVE RUBBISH

I hate washing cars, so I bought the pump sprayers along with the pre-wash and snow foam after seeing the advertising videos and was expecting results similar to what was shown. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.

Despite carefully following the instructions, experimenting with different dilution ratios, and watching the company's demonstration videos multiple times, I could never achieve the thick, even foam coverage shown in the adverts. The sprayers lost pressure quickly and required constant re-pumping (116 for each solution to cover my complete car to be precise!), while the foam itself came out patchy and splattery rather than providing a consistent blanket over the vehicle.

The cleaning performance was also hugely disappointing. The products certainly wet the car and loosened some surface grime, but they didn't "lift and shift" dirt to the extent suggested in the marketing. After rinsing, I was still left with dirt, streaking, and a car that required a traditional wash with a bucket and mitt to achieve a proper clean. In reality, this system only minimally reduced the amount of washing required rather than replacing it.

What frustrated me most was the gap between the advertising and the real-world performance. Nice marketing guys - well done! The promotional videos create the impression that these products can deliver professional-level results with minimal effort, but that simply wasn't my experience. After trying repeatedly over several washes and using a significant amount of product, I eventually went back to my Autogym products, mitt and pressure washer, which produced far better results in much less time!

I'd like to return the whole lot and my £89 refunded but I was also disappointed when I looked into the returns process, as the policy seemed far less customer-friendly than I would have expected given the performance issues I experienced.

Overall, I found this to be an way less than average product supported by very strong marketing. It may be convenient for some users, but based on my experience it did not perform anywhere near the standard shown in the adverts, and I wouldn't purchase it again and would recommend you shouldn't either!
