I hate washing cars
I hate washing cars, so I bought the pump sprayers along with the pre-wash and snow foam after seeing the advertising videos and was expecting results similar to what was shown. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.
Despite carefully following the instructions, experimenting with different dilution ratios, and watching the company's demonstration videos multiple times, I could never achieve the thick, even foam coverage shown in the adverts. The sprayers lost pressure quickly and required constant re-pumping (116 for each solution to cover my complete car to be precise!), while the foam itself came out patchy and splattery rather than providing a consistent blanket over the vehicle.
The cleaning performance was also hugely disappointing. The products certainly wet the car and loosened some surface grime, but they didn't "lift and shift" dirt to the extent suggested in the marketing. After rinsing, I was still left with dirt, streaking, and a car that required a traditional wash with a bucket and mitt to achieve a proper clean. In reality, this system only minimally reduced the amount of washing required rather than replacing it.
What frustrated me most was the gap between the advertising and the real-world performance. Nice marketing guys - well done! The promotional videos create the impression that these products can deliver professional-level results with minimal effort, but that simply wasn't my experience. After trying repeatedly over several washes and using a significant amount of product, I eventually went back to my Autogym products, mitt and pressure washer, which produced far better results in much less time!
I'd like to return the whole lot and my £89 refunded but I was also disappointed when I looked into the returns process, as the policy seemed far less customer-friendly than I would have expected given the performance issues I experienced.
Overall, I found this to be an way less than average product supported by very strong marketing. It may be convenient for some users, but based on my experience it did not perform anywhere near the standard shown in the adverts, and I wouldn't purchase it again and would recommend you shouldn't either!

Problem solved quickly and easily
We had a small issue with one of the pumps we'd been sent. A couple of emails later, Hydro have a replacement part coming out without any argument. Can't knock that for customer service - sometimes things aren't quite right, and the telling bit is how companies resolve it. Harry at Hydro was top notch in this case!

Amazing comms and customer service.
I have received an order that had something missing. I contacted via email on a Saturday morning, not expecting a response until Monday at the earliest, within minutes I had a response from Harry who asked a couple of questions and agreed that there was something missing fron my order and agreed to send it out to me. Don’t waste your money
Products terrible doesn’t do anything just a gimmick not worth it all. You have to pump it up every 2 seconds the chemicals provided are terrible.

Don’t work for me
I purchased two pump sprayers, pre-wash and snow foam after seeing the advertising videos.
Unfortunately, my experience was very different from the results shown in the marketing. I used around a half of each bottle over a number of days trying to achieve the advertised results and even had another person try the system with the same outcome. I decided to cut my losses and go back to using my pressure washer and foam cannon. When I looked into returning the products, I found the refund policy to be well below the standards consumers would reasonably expect under consumer law, especially that the products are unfit for purpose in my opinion. which added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
based on my experience and many others they did not perform anywhere near the standard shown in the promotional videos. As a result, I was very disappointed with the purchase.
