I have been using this foot product for 3 weeks now. I can see a significant difference. May not work for everyone but is working for me.

I placed an order direct from hyggear site I ordered one pair of bunion correctors I just received it thanks to a nieghbor that picked it up from the middle of the road on charlotte cres not even delivered to my door charlotte pl and the package was ripped open and I only got one foot please help mb

As it was an expensive item (AUD60), It should have been amazing. I received this tiny bag of super soft silicon instead of a firm corrector on the big toe. The separator sits exactly where there already is a gap, so achieves nothing. It feels like wearing soft socks.
3 WEEKS LATER:
Upon making contact with the HYGGEAR representative, I was kindly offered a replacement corrector more suited to my bunion's needs. This is perfect!! It has a hard plastic big toe and bunion groove and a windup system to increase correction. Velcro straps keep everything in place. The service and communication are most impressive!

Love the softness of the bonion correcters ! Very easy to put on & wear .

I want to shout out the amazing customer service team. I had input the wrong quantity in my order, which I didn’t notice until reviewing my confirmation. I emailed the team who responded within 12 hours to cancel my order so I could reorder my correct quantity. I was refunded within a week. I appreciate the fast response time as well as the professionalism. It’s not something seen very often anymore.

Hyggear customer support (Lucas) gave exceptional help for my issue. Response was timely, courteous, and issue resolved. In the past, I have used other companies ordering on the Internet almost always with bad results regarding the guarantee they supposedly offer. But Hyggear stood by everything that they offered. I appreciate very much the good help that I got from Lucas in customer support.

The ordering process on this site is pretty easy, and there are several payment options. There are order received and shipment notifications that keep me in the loop about the status of my order

I had ordered a toe separator. When I checked my bank, I got charged three times for it. I contacted customer service, with little or no hope. They emailed me back and said it is definitely an error and it would be corrected. I got refunded the charges with no hassle. Very easy to work with.

Shipping took linger than expected and once received, I only received half the order (ordered a pair and only received one part). I emailed the company a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. I don't trust them.

I am undergoing PT for a Lisfranc fracture in my right foot. My left foot’s bunion, neuroma, and large callous under my second/third toes were painful and hindering my recovery process. I had to do something! I purchased the Hyggear silicon toe spacers as I read they would realign my toes and alleviate the pain. I was able to wear the spacer on my left foot overnight with little to no discomfort. I removed the spacer and went to PT in the morning. I was shocked…I had virtually no pain in my left foot. I was able to walk on the treadmill longer than before. Both my feet are reaping the benefits after one use!
I have worn the Hyggear silicon toe spacers every night for almost a week. Pain from both neuronma and bunion have greatly decreased. I do not wear it with shoes. I only wear it while sleep.

I was skeptical but it seems like your product works...anything beats surgery!

I love that REAL people in the Hyggear Support team so quickly responded to EACH of my emails! I don't remember EVER having such rapid response from other companies. My specific questions were addressed, and an apology even given when something had been misunderstood. I had trouble finding the directions, and those were emailed as well. Amazing service!!! They could give seminars in how to make customers happy. :)

Might want to put the sewn seams on the insides of the big and little toes on top so they don't rub. The straps on sides cause a callus with foot movement, but I use a callous remover.
Otherwise, a marvelous workable product indeed. Been using them daily and walking without pain. I also use toe spacers for the three middle toes to help straighten them. So far so good and living in hope of no surgery.

All good but your ordering system needs some changes. It is very disconcerting when having completed order another offer comes along. It should be an option to accept or not(yes or no). You are not the only web that is not clear. I have found I have ordered things I did not want and only found on my bank account several charges.
Please show clearly at the end to give an option..do you want each item, yes or no.
Other than that you are very quick to send order which is great.
I am 84 so extra purchases not good on a pension. Suffering from plantar fasciitis is very painful and any assistance is very much appreciated.
