I ordered a set of bunion products and when I received it, there was only 1 instead of 2 as advertised. I messaged the company and they quickly responded and said they are sending me another one.

I order a 2 pair , I had an issue with the delivery, but was resolved fast. They responded immediately to my emails

Ive suffered from bunion pain on both sides of my feet and I’ve been buying and using different brands of bunion separators for many years. Finally, I found the best product from Hyggear that solve the problems on my feet from the very first time I wear them. I can wear them all day with comfort.

Having spent most of my career in ill fitting pointy toed shoes, my toes were pretty crowded. I spend a lot of time running, working out or walking my dog. A decade ago I accidentally mistook a large junk of ice for snow, wound up to kick it and broke my second toe (my son and I used to play winter soccer on the way to his bus stop). It hurt like the dickens but it never dawned on me that I broke it, much less that I should ice it. Went on to do 5 nights a week of karate added on to my regular physical activities. Suffice it to say, to this day the swelling never subsided and that swollen second toe went on to marry my big toe. It drove me nuts for the longest time. I was repetitively told by doctors the only way to get my deformed toes back to normal was to have that toe broken again and reset. It took me 50 years to get my ears pierced, there was no way I’d even contemplate that! Not to mention the downtime, that was never going to happen. The hyggear big toe bunion aligners saved me! I don’t know what I’d have done without them. I wear them every night in bed, and I wear the silicone toe separators when I spin or am in running shoes, they help alleviate my foot pronation and calluses I used to be prone to. Both are very comfortable to wear with or without shoes. I’m so glad I found Hyggear :)

I bought "1 SET OF STRAIGHTENER ($35.90). I tried wearing the support, in line with their guidance,  but it was not satisfactory.  If I made it very tight (and uncomfortable). It does straightens the toe, but the base of the device is so small that it doesn't go under the sole of my foot and, therefore, doesn't stop the toe from lifting. It seems that the device has been made to minimise its manufacturing cost and does not perform it's advertised task. At a cost of nearly $40, I expected more and thought that by ordering "1 SET OF STRAIGHTENER ($35.90)" I would get a pair as I have a hammer toe on each foot - which I suspect is common. I made several requests for a refund on the basis that the product is not satisfactory, but these were refused. Very disappointed.

I have had great surport from Lucas
I am already wearing the silicone toe dividers during the day.
I have Hammer toes and a Bunion that are starting to worry me.
I wasn’t sure what to get to help with both problems.
After advice from Lucas I have ordered the Hammer Toe splints for a start

The delivery could have been a little bit quicker but the product seems to work well. I have now ordered a foot one so hopefully that will work also.

Lucas was very responsive TWICE when I made two ordering errors. When I thought I was re-checking my order I was actually ordering multiple times.

I highly recommend the toe separators. I have been wearing the toe separators from Hyggear for about 6 months. They are so comfortable. I have bunions which affect the alignment of my toes so the separators correct the problem!
Another plus is if you have a problem with your order a representative from the company responds quickly. I accidentally over ordered and they refunded my credit card the same day I ordered the product.

I recommend Hyygear toe separators for issues with your feet. They're comfortable to wear (even with socks and shoes) and easy to wash by hand.

I was very pleased with a personal acknowledgement actually from someone after my order was placed. Small thing yes but sets a nice tone. I have ordered one time before from you-the toe bunion/toe spacers and they really are better than others. They are slightly heavier, sturdier than your competition and hold my toes securely. I have bunions with over and underlapping toes so your toe spacers are a god-send for me.They do fit in my shoes nicely and I wear them all day long with no pain. I have been using mine for a few months now and I have noticed that the bones in my feet are gently but surely being stretched into a more normal spacings and I can walk farther without any discomfort-still a long ways to go but they are truly a life saver for me. Thank you.

How can I say this "Thank you for all your help!" When I realized that I stupidly ordered 4 orders. I sent emails to Hyggear and they responded to me quickly! When you are on SS, you have to watch your money. I can't thank you again for your help! I hope this item works for me.
