This is my first purchase with Hyggestyle. Because another customer had queried the details of an item I had also purchased, Becci telephoned me to check that I was happy with the details of my order before it was dispatched to me. She also sent me links to their wonderful website with craft activities and recipes as well as their online shop. This was fantastic customer service, made me feel valued and would definitely make me want to deal with them again and to recommend them to others.

Ordering was easy and I received my items very quickly. All my purchases were packed well for transit and the communication with Hygge was clear and appropriate throughout.

I was very pleased with my order. It arrived quickly . The site is full of beautiful products and was easy to navigate. I love the snippets of information and the recipes, it really is an online shop to savour and get lost in.

Ordered two candle holders. Both well packaged and arrived on time. Quality what I expected. I should have checked size, they are really small. The photo on website was misleading, would have been nice if they had been photographed beside a common item to judge size. Not worth the cost of sending back but are in the back of the cupboard.☹️

I love this website. It's a lovely concept with a good, but simple, range, so it was sad that one of the items, I received, was not as pictured or described on the website. Customer service was excellent, once I contacted direct on email. Using the contact form on the website elicited no response! I have taken off 1 star for this, plus the fact that items had not been checked on arrival in warehouse before being sent out to customers, as, it turns out, all said items are not what they should be!
