The experience was good because of all the offers that you offered and how friendly the team came across. Also how fast the equipment came to me over a the Christmas period.

Really quick and efficient, easy to set up, only problem there was plastic that had come off the casing. Apart from that all good.

Instructions to put the squat rack together were way too sparse… no mention of some parts until after construction completed and would have to undo to rebuild! Annoying- but very pleased with product now constructed.

I purchased the HyGym multi-gym squat rack and couldn't be happer! Delivery was prompt, HyGym customer service was really great and the squat rack is of brilliant quality. It took 2 hrs to fully assemble. I recommend using the online instructions on the HyGym website for setting it up though, the manual it comes with isn't as good as the online version. Overall very happy with this purchase.

This has been one of my best buying experiences ever. Daniel was great at helping me design my home gym and offered a very reasonable deal. I think the equipment itself is extremely good (even more robust than I was expecting), and the online instructions for building the squat rack were excellent. However, it is how they dealt with problems from the delivery (not their fault) that was exceptional - they took the trouble to understand what had been lost/damaged and replaced them at once. Great guys to work with and excellent products - 100% recommended.

Bought a rack and bench second hand. A covid idea from someone who only used it once. Bargain but had 2 extension chains missing. HyGym guys sorted it out within 3 days of the phone call about it! Awesome kit.

When the product actually arrived it was perfect. Perfect condition. Communication wasn’t great. Struggled to get answers and took an extra £930.55 from my credit card which was never confirmed what/how/why? But was refunded once brought to their attention.
