Great customer service

Customer service was very good and helpful. Few bits that needed replacement were promptly collected and replaced with no fuss - Ben Kilbey their Customer Experience Manager was very helpful and courteous.

Great customer service and products

I bought a bench and squat rack back in January 2021 during lockdown and recently have had issues with the bench being unable to stay flat or incline. I got in contact with HyGym recently and Ben offered some advice to fix it. After understanding that the bench was defected, Ben sent out a new bench to me and it arrived 2 days later. Fantastic customer service and I will be purchasing more gym equipment from them in the future.

Had an amazing experience with HyGym

Had an amazing experience with HyGym. They kept me informed about the order, and the products are of very high quality. I cannot fault them, and will definatley be buying from them in the future.

I ordered a rack from HyGYM

I ordered a rack from HyGYM, really impressed with the equipment.
After about 12 months the cable for the pull down was shredding. This has now been sorted.
Ben at HyGYM has been amazing, his customer service has been outstanding, a new cable was sent and the rack is now up and running again.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from HyGYM again. The equipment is fantastic, well worth the money.

Excellent Service all round

Excellent Service all round. Products arrived on time, were fairly easy to put together when you used the online instructions and the equipment is good quality. The only piece of advice I would give is to have a socket set or decent spanner to hand as the ones provided are not that good. In summary I would highly recommend.

The customer service provided by Ben was really fantastic. As a newcomer to the world of fitness he was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick the right products. Very happy with our purchases.
