Before i purchased hyper.host serves i saw a lot of reviews say positive things and I purchased couple of days ago.

So now I am here to say This is the best hosting serves i had ever experience honestly, and i want to send the whole Team on Hyper.Host Message which is KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TILL THE MAGIC HAPPEN! NEVER EVER GIVE UP.

I have been using HyperHost for just over a year now. Never had any issues with them. I've always received prompt replies to my support requests, something that I have never seen from any other hosting company. I have recommended Hyper Host to all of my friends who are looking for a new host for their sites.

And most importantly, we never had a single downtime on all of our websites.

To my surprise 2 days ago, I try to log in to my account and find myself locked out. The reason appearing is that in order to move forward you have a withstanding invoice I have to pay for a renewal. That hosting plan was already canceled by me via their ticket system 1 month before and approved. Meaning it will stop renewing and I do not want it anymore.

First: What I know also and it been years and years dealing with so many hosts, they never lock you out completely and forcing you to renew. You have access to all your current services and if you do not renew something, they cancel it after a grace period.

Second: They force you to save your credit card and keep it on file without your consent and when you try to delete it, You simply cant; which seems very fishy.

Third: Their customer service chat replies 1 sentence per month and keeps you waiting for their reply like you are a nobody.

Edit:

After my review, the customer support got in touch with me and solved my issue on the spot. They also promised to make the changes I mentioned above and upgrade their support quality.

I will change my review from 1 star to 3 only to make sure those promised changes are fulfilled and once they are, I will be more than glad to make it a 5 star.

This is not to be mean or anything but to have them at least work for the 5 stars they deserve by turning those promises into reality.

I never give bad reviews and most of my reviews are 5 stars, but this one was an exception of what happened and is mentioned above.

Of the best investments I have made, with my LTD for 10 domains I can host my websites, they work very well. The CDN is very good and it helps the speed of my webs. The attention of the entire support team is very friendly, even with the time difference since I am in Mexico, they usually respond quickly to any request for help that I have asked.

I would say 5 stars for their prompt and on the spot support. They know how to handle their customers and care for them with the services that they have bought. Their services are very fast, CDN is amazing and admin panel is very very easy to understand, even by non IT guys can easily manage hosting.

When it's all said and done the team, especially Yusuf, have been so patient with my millions of questions and varied requests, and for that I am very grateful.

I've had a few initial glitches but help was always available and there to help sort out any issue.

The worst thing for me is slow and incompetent customer support, so if you enjoy sharp, timely responses to your difficult questions, when you need results, then I would suggest you give Hyper.host spin.

Not only that, at this price point you're not going to get this service nor solution.

Just go for it.

I've transfered all my websites to this host because of the incredible easy interface, great service, high speed of the websites and the fixed pricing.

I found a new home for my websites. Fast hosting with great support. I'm solved! :)

I have been using Hyper Host for the past 3 weeks and everything so far has been great with them. Their customer service in excellent in their response times and resolution to my questions. Their Web Hosting services are as advertised, websites load fast and their panel has great features! I would highly recommend their services.

we've tested this platform and it's really fast.

Points to note:
Their "C-panel" : is really simple, clean, well organised, practical and efficient for when managing multiple hosts as we do.

Support : Live Chat is very good and although not every minute of 24/7 - its as close as you can get, when you compare to many others whose standard is up to 2 days, some by email only and sometimes only weekdays.

Cost : If you stumbled across their Lifetime deal - its really a no brainer - buy it, even if you just store it for later.

SSL Certificates : Don't worry about securing your domain links, it's free & automatic, with a single click and for all subdomains as well.

Conclusion :
As of the date of this review, they provide a great service as they've described, it's reliable and well worth it. :-)

Hyper Host is the new definition of value for money.
The fact that I can have as many sites as possible without any limit on disk space and every other resource is beyond mind-blowing.
Having my websites on an auto-scaling cloud environment is another reason moving over has been a blessing.
On top of this, I now pay 30% of what I paid with my former hosting company.
I'm sorry for not knowing Hyper host earlier!

Transfering my hosting was very smooth

My biggest concern about moving was the downtime and whether my website will be down for a long time but it almost took no downtime at all and support has been very helpful.

It has been a good platform, I am okay especially for detecting malware on my site.

I had to edit my review again to make more informative.
-Speed is amazing.
-Site Optimization tools will save you from all the caching plugins.
-User-friendly panel which is extremely easy to deal with.
-Amazing Support. Almost with instant!

A couple of days I registered a new and webhosting with hyper host. The process was smooth and when I had questions the chat box helped me instantly out (even on a weekend within seconds). My new domain runs smoothly and fast. The Backend software is well organized and works very well. Highly recommended
