I began using this product on my doctor’s recommendation and was initially very happy with the first pack. However, my experience changed with a subsequent order where I noticed inconsistencies in colour, flavour, and eventually found hard dark particles in the powder.
I contacted the company immediately to ensure the product was safe to continue using. It took 10 days to receive an initial response asking for batch numbers, which I provided the same day. Since December 4th, despite my efforts to communicate in their language and multiple follow-up emails in January and February, I have received no update from their Quality Department.
While the product itself may be good when it's right, the lack of urgency regarding a potential safety issue is unacceptable. It has been over three months without a resolution or any information on the investigation into the particles found.
