I was having activation issues over the weekend, which were frustrating. This morning (Monday) they seemed to be resolved, so I was just checking in to see that that was confirmed, and that I didn't have to re-check or wait for another confirmation.

I had such tremendous support from Hyperoptic. Nikola Lepen helped me every step of the way with connecting an extender to improve signals in all parts of the house, and kept in regular touch to check that things were ok. Kind, supportive, considerate. I think Hyperoptic is great!

Hi , Teodora Pavlovic provided an excellent customer service.
I had my cutoff date to give my notice, and end-up doing so due to lack of customer service.
However, I got a text message to call customer service and due to Teodora’s excellent customer service, I end up staying with HyperOptic rather to leave and have another broadband provider.
Teodora Pavlovic, reverted a bad customer service in to something positive and made feel a valuable customer.

Avoid.
I lived in a property where Hyperoptic was already installed. The service was poor — speeds were consistently below what was promised.
Later, the landlord was exposed in an HMO-related case and tenants were evicted. Hyperoptic initially confirmed that if there’s evidence the landlord was involved in the issue, they can close the account without penalties.
I reached them and provided formal evidence — including documents from a court legal bundle, signed by the council — clearly showing the situation. Despite this, they refused to even review it because of 'GDPR' concerns, despite being court level evidence from the same address.
Communication has been inconsistent: one thing said over the phone, another in writing.
Instead of resolving the issue, I’ve been left dealing with follow-ups and pressure, while the actual evidence is ignored.
Overpriced, unreliable service, and very poor complaint handling. I rather don't have no service at all than their service.
I called them on a phone and tried log a complaint over email, I tried explain how bad situation was, I was ignored.

Really great company, been with them for few years now and wouldn't change due to the friendly staff, speedy help (when needed) and great Internet. Dealt with Mia this time who helped get me onto the correct contract to for my renewal due to me being on benefits so couldn't be happier
