They are rubbish with installation process taking over 2 weeks. I am still not activated and keep saying cable needs to be repaired. Lazy and just talking no action.
They only talk but can't even fix the issue for me as a customer. They very bad during the installation process and delaying so much. I don't recommend coming to them, as they very slow and not bothered at all.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Pierre and Uma who helped us get hyperoptic internet and address all our worries of not wanting the router in our front bedroom (as multiple engineers said this was our only option!) The engineer (Uma) did a seamless job with the cables and managed to get the router in the middle of the house near the kitchen (so the signal goes both ways with no issues, we don’t even need to use our repeater). Thank you so much and for anyone looking to switch, we highly recommend speaking hyperoptic first so you can see how this switch would best fit for your house and needs!

Mihaela Cesnak customer service was great and very helpful throughout. The only downside, and the reason I’m not giving 5 stars, was the phone wait time. It took about 35 minutes to get through to someone, and since I had to call during working hours it was quite disruptive, with the whole process taking close to an hour. The issue was eventually resolved, but it involved a fair bit of troubleshooting along the way.

Vasilije Was super friendly, patient and could tell he actually cared to fix out WiFi problem.
I’ve had an interaction before on the chat where the person was super rude and ended the chat, where as my interaction with Vasilije was completely different and restored my opinion of customer service with hyper optic!

There was a lack of clarity from the customer service representative when handling an early renewal offer.
After accepting the offer, I received a series of confusing emails the following day. One email in particular thanked me for my time and stated it was a pleasure to help, but provided no confirmation that the offer had actually been applied to my account.
After seeking clarification, the customer support representative confirmed that the offer had been applied and advised that a confirmation email had been sent. However, I did not receive this email.
I then asked for the confirmation to be resent, but was advised to check the contract details via My Account.
Poor.
