Re my previous post received order today and had tried to cancel many times before delivery. Was Told to refuse delivery but this would leave me with no proof of tracking etc. On receipt or order emailed them and said to provide valid address for me to return unopened order. The return address on package was to an UNDELIVERABLE PO Box numbered with a Reading post code which on checking is not a valid post code. Scandalous behaviour from Hyperstech. All I want is a refund form Geri or product.
They replied and guess what told me to return item to the address on parcel for return YES the very one mentioned above which does not exist as a post code address UK.
This totally proves this set of companies are scamming people and doing everything not to refund.

Also ordered a WiFi booster. Its took over a month to turn up and was just a WiFi extender and wouldn't set up following the instructions provided.
In my opinion I was conned and have learned from the experience. Don't believe all the fantastic write ups and check the companys reviews before you buy.

I ordered a ZoomShot Pro monocular based on the promo. A month later (shipped by boat) I received a cheaper version. It was like ordering an SUV and receiving a VW bug. I was told the one advertised was out of stock. They did give me a discount refund. I found a good monocular on Prime and received it in two days.

Item never arrived then a ten pound one arrived not what I ordered at all
Terrible company do not buy from them. I ordered a product for £49. It never arrived. I kept emailing to be told will be shipped again. Eventually two months later a cheap £10 Chinese product I did not order arrived. I demanded a refund at least four times. I think that money is gone forever. My advice, do not buy from this company, it is a scam. I have given up ever seeing the money again!

Use this company at your peril

Ordered two pair of ProperFocus glases, one in metal. In the add the price was 10 us dollars for the plastic and a little more for the one in metal. I suspected they would not be very good at that price, but thought oh vell not a big loss afterall.
I didn't notice that the price suddenly changed into 84 euro on the bill 😱
I received two set in plastic - hyperstech drew 84 euro from my account! Those ProperFocus are cheap crap and can not be used in any distances. A scam??
Im going to return them - or is it to throw good money aften bad 😳 i Wonder if hyperstech will ever return my money 😬

I too ordered a WiFix extender but didn't understand the set up lingo so decided to return it. When I looked up the Returns address on the website it was in Estonia! This has to be one of the worst…
This has to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I bought three pairs of their Proper Focus glasses. Over £80 for something that should have cost less than £5 as they are total garbage. Not only are they poor quality plastic, but are totally useless.
Having decided to return them I had to pay return postage, which for next day delivery cost me over £7, which they refused to refund. The one plus side is that they did refund my money in less than a week from them receiving the items.
I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot first, I would never have parted with my money if I had. Lesson learned, I will never buy from this company again.

Worst company I have dealt with on line WiFi booster arrived after 4 weeks off order was not compatible on the return label the address did not exist.
Phoned company got an address sent them back it took 6 weeks for a refund and then it was £4 short. will never use again.

I have sent the reclamation and attached the photo of the obtained product. The answer from the Customer Support Team surprised me:

Terrible experience with this vendor
Terrible experience with this vendor. Do not buy from this company. I returned a defective Wi-Fi Booster; The WifiX, back in November 2020. I had to expedite them for my refund in late December 2020 and am, as of January 29, 2021, still unsuccessful in obtaining a credit/refund. Following multiple email to "Customer Care" they are telling that the credit was issued through a Third Party, which are out of their control. They are telling my to contact my bank, which is useless as the credit card should be immediately credited for returned items. Delivery timeline was about 6 weeks. Hyperstech is a middle company; not a direct supplier of anything. In the event of a problem, you will struggle to get the expected attention and service. I lost my money, unfortunately.
I am giving up on them as the company is a scam. I will never buy anything other than on Amazon, which is a professional and legitimate organization.
