Vanskelig å si om firmaet virkelig eksisterer eller ikke. Sannsynligvis ikke og det hele er sannsynligvis kun bedrageri.
Jeg bestilte noe hos dem, måtte betale men varen har jeg fortsatt ikke fått. Flere henvendelser til "kundeservice" standartsvar man får tilbake. Kort sagt penger borte ikke mulighet for kontakt og ingen vare. Meget suspekt for svindel, noe som passer jo også med de fleste andre anmeldelser.
Sender denne teksten også til de store norske internett levrandører siden Hypertech reklamerer på disse sidene.

This is a warning do not shop at Hypertech.
Hard to say if the company really exists or not. Probably not and the whole thing is probably just fraud.
I ordered something from them for many weeks ago, had to pay at once, but I still haven't received the item. When sending inquiries to the «customer service" you get back only standard response.
Summary:
money lost, no opportunity for contact and no commodity. Very very suspicious of scams, which fits well with most other reviews.
This text is also sent to the major Norwegian internet providers since Hypertech advertises on these pages.
DO NOT BUY SOMETHING FROM HYPERTECH!

Do not do business with this company! They took my money ,never delivered product and when I demanded a refund they sent me a bogus excuse claiming they had sent it. I just spoke with my bank and they reconfirmed that they NEVER refunded my account. Its been a full month of lies from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE.

Received our 3 masks plus 2 "free" masks today.
To say that I am disappointed is beyond understating how I feel.
I paid $294UD ($171USD) for what I thought would be a quality product that would protect us and last a long time.
The product is a very flimsy, styrofoam type of material that photographs well on the site but is not very hardy looking.
I feel that their value would be worth only a few dollars each, plus shipping, handling etc and would have no complaints in paying around $20AUD each.
This took a lot out of our Age Pensions that we rely on to survive.
Shame on these people who prey on the naive in this time of fear.

Canned Bot responses. Do not believe what they say. They skirt around your inquiries. No real answer to where your product is. Here is an example of the "Tracking" that was sent to me. Seriously, 9 locations my package has been just in the USA. Still have not received them.

I had to give this company one star to write a review but it deserves nothing . They are liars and thieves ! BE WARNED !! Your order never arrives they promise and promise to refund and never action it . The pictures of customer service staff don’t exist and behind it lies crooks . DO NOT BUY anything or you will be cheated as I have been . I don’t know how they get away with it . DISGUSTING !!!

I was searching for good deal and a page came up on my screen to get a drone and I made the purchase and never received the product I called and the response was from sherry and other names by email and they kept emailing me the same response and it took going back and forth for 2 and half month before I received the product and your not able to cancel the order/ will never ever deal with this company again. They don't even deserve the 1 star. The company is in (China) and need to be shut down.

order coolair on in Mar 2020, tracking says it when from Hong Kong on the 20 Mar, but now after 1 month still haven't arrived, tracking show it went from Hong Kong to France and still in transit, and I am living in Singapore. So it's a fake tracking code. Don't buy from this company, it's a scam.

terrible & shocking company whom should be investigated, as per other review they charge you and then wont refund you even though you dont receive the product. 71 days since i placed my order and nothing received...!

Dishonest company.
Took full payment for WI Fi Repeaters up front but then had to wait over 2 months for dilivery. Delivery involved paying additional postage and customs charges although I had understood these were included in the original paymant. Contacted the company to seek a refund of the additional charges but they refused to pay them.
Do not deal with this company they are dishonest.

I am still waiting for a response on a cancellation to an order I recently made this morning. Please report all suspicious activity to the Department of Justice.

I was seconds away from completing a purchase for a $129 smart watch. My finger was poised above the enter key after filling in all my information, when I realized I hadn't done my due diligence.

When I make online purchases from a company I've never heard of, I key in my browser "Is (company name) legit?" And that immediately led me here. I feel like I've dodged a bullet.

Order made and payed. It said the the product was available and I got an email that it would be shipped right away. That is now 3 weeks ago and 10 emails with no succes.

Don't buy anything here.

ordered 5 masks for the elderly and sick .the lorom, advertising reported available immediately on arrival in maximum 7 days. 15 have passed and I can not get any information from them.

I ordered my all singing dancing watch on the 5th of Feb . Wow what a suprise it's still not here on the 16 March 2020.
I was told that my watch was dispatched on the 6th of Feb and given a false courier tracking number Wow again no such number no such courier . Called them today 23rd March only to be told it was dispatched on the 16th of March . Born liers scammers robbing xxxxs. Now I am going to place a blog in LinkedIn warming others of this scandals twisting buch of xxxxs. I hope that the owner is found and imprisoned . I am also contacting watchdog on British tv and get them exposed before anyone else gets ripped off. I want my cash back.

I really don’t understand how this company gets away with scamming people, I am so angry. I have been waiting over 5 months for my Xwatch to get delivered, and nothing yet.
All the other responses on here are all the same, most saying “we will contact you when we get more information.” They are massive scammers! I don’t know if I should ask for a refund just in case I don’t actually get my money back. I am so upset. Does anyone know who we can report this company to? Surely, there must be a anti fraud establishment to report them to!?

I just really hope people check the reviews out on here before they go and purchase unlike me.

UPDATE. The health watch arrived and stopped working after a week or so. I contacted them, they asked for a short video of it not working. They made a couple of suggestions which did not work. I asked for a refund and they did give me a FULL REFUND.

REVIEW of review:
I finally received my Healthwatch which is very cheap looking and not like the glossy watch on the advert. It has stopped working within 3 weeks of buying it, please do not get anything from these rip off merchants. I have tried to contact them on their livechat and they are not answering me.

I was sent a link by a friend of 20 gadgets and saw the Health watch which looked like a good watch. I ordered it for my other half for valentines day. A few days later I had an email saying the order was being processed and I would receive a tracking number within a few days. A few days passed and I had no such email or details, I went on the site and spoke to a live chat and they said there were some delays due to spring festival and to wait a couple of days. I told them it was valentines present which would never come on time now. I waited again and still no watch, I again contacted them and they said it was not sent yet and they had no tracking number. As soon as I asked for a refund a tracking number magically appeared and it had left their end, Do not buy from and do not trust this company, learn from my mistake.

I'd like happily to give the company five stars, for how quick its email response is, but just one star for the product, because the HealthWatch, paid for US$89 (A$128), looks cheap, differing from the watch advertised, with no logo or any letters or words on the back of the watch, there is just nothing, just a blank back! The most important feature I want is the display of heart rate rate at the same time as date and time on the watch display, as seen in the advertised photo, but I cannot set the display, receiving the message 'The features is not supported'. I was advised to send it back in the same unused condition at my own expense. Hating to spend more in postage and hating risking being told it is not in the same unused condition because I had removed the thin piece of plastic from the back of the watch, I just had to accept an offer of a 5% discount, US$4. Similar watches can be bought on ebay at less than half the price paid!

Never Received my xWatch what i payed for.Don,t use this Company.2Days after placed Order they send not exist Tracking Number and Information the Watch is shipped but i still wait.I contacted Hypertech for get my Money back, no answere.
