I rang Hussein at 4pm today, in desperation because my screen had broken and I could not access anything on my MacBook Air. I was beyond stressed! Hussein arrived at my house, at 7.30pm with a new screen and within an hour I was up and running again. That kind of service is second to none, and I cannot recommend his services highly enough - he is a total legend! He was polite and courteous, giving my son some cooking tips whilst he was working, humming along to whatever we had playing and unfazed by the dogs. Hyper TechTeam are my new goto for any technical issues!

Super fast response time. Rang them on Thursday, got the computer picked up that evening, quote for repairs the very next morning, and computer delivered back to us that same day. Could not have been better. Computer works fine again. Price was very competitive. Very happy, would definitely recommend and we will go back for any future problems. Thank you very much.

Lucas is always available, however busy he is. He's supplied and set up our brilliant new system, and never fails to give quick expert assistance. He's exceptionally patient with people like me who aren't computer-savvy and he's saved me from many pitfalls. Prices are very competitive, and I can recommend him whole-heartedly.

Excellent experience with the TechTeam. Engineer called in advance of attending and arrived when he said he would. Found him to be polite, considerate, friendly and approachable. Experienced and knowledgeable, he had diagnosed laptop’s blackscreen issue, taken it apart, repaired and all put back together again in no time at all. Laptop now works perfectly again.
