I have arthritis in my neck and lower…

I have arthritis in my neck and lower back, I wanted to get some comfortable sleep as my other mattress didn’t cushion me enough.
Hypnia has worked wonders! I’ve slept right through the night and without my usual back pain, it really has been wonderful!

She's a beauty!!

I always wait a good amount of time to review products like this. Having slept on this matress almost every night for 12 months, it is still as comfortable as the first night we slept on it. No defects or wear. Amazing product.

Want to Lose your aches and pains feel years younger buy Hypnia

Very happy with our purchase

Very happy with our purchase, incredibly comfortable. Was worried that it would be too soft as I like a firm mattress, however, it's soft but firm at the same time! Big purchase for us but very happy.

Superb Mattress

I hadn't heard of Hypnia mattresses, until I started looking to purchase a new one.
I'm so glad I came across them. I bought this mattress a year ago and I can honestly say that I have slept well every night since purchasing it. I bought a refurbished supreme memory mattress. You could not tell that it was refurbished. It is a very firm mattress, which I prefer.
I would highly recommend Hypnia!

Was so excited to get this mattress

Ordered the kingsize supreme hybrid mattress and OMG 😲 what a comfortable, supportive, soft mattress it is.. its simply the best mattress I've ever bought at a brilliant price Delivery was quick and easy. If your reading this review and thinking about getting a new mattress don't think just DO !! You won't regret it guaranteed 😴

Mattress is pretty good but the smell…

Mattress is pretty good but the smell honestly is foul and can’t get away with it. This is the second mattress within a few weeks. The customer service guy told me to give it upto six weeks or leave it outside for the smell to go away quicker. I said to him you do know we live in the uk and not uae. It had been raining for weeks. So unfortunately I will be getting in touch for this to be returned and will as for a refund this time…

Hypnia supreme hybrid mattress

Great value in comparison to other top competitors for a quality product. I have had spinal surgery and my Husband suffers with rheumatoid arthritis we had a relatively budget mattress before I had my operation and before the onset of his condition, we were both in pain, uncomfortable and not able to sleep well let alone through the night. This Hypnia hybrid mattress has been an absolute wonder we are both much more comfortable and are able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep waking up feeling refreshed and much more positive about facing the day ahead.

I've written this for the third time now after yoyou asking. No I do not like the mattress. I've had backache ever since. Will definitely go back to the Simba mattress I previously owned. Only tried this mattress as bought a bigger bed

Order no 6821 supreme hybrid

Ordered the Supreme hybrid mattress 8 days ago on the 10th April with the website claiming 3 to 5 working days delivery. That time has now passed, and I still don't think the mattress has been shipped yet. I am checking the tuffnells tracking information daily and it hasn't updated once since I made the order 8 days ago. If your needing a mattress quickly as I am, buyer beware. It's not good enough Hypnia. A competitor mattress I ordered prior to this and subsequently returned delivered theirs within 3 days. Close to cancelling order.

UPDATING 21st April ....

Close to 2 weeks now since ordering and still no mattress. Weirdly on the day after I left this original review, I received a new tracking no from Tuffnells which now states the mattress has been delivered, but it hasn't. I rang customer service to ask why have I received a new tracking no that says my mattress has been delivered when it hasn't. The boy on the phone wasn't of much help, told me the original tracking no states it hasn't been delivered and he will look into it and email me, which of course he never did. Still no mattress, still no idea where it is or when I will receive it, but Hypnia have my £400 so that's okay. If it isn't here within this week I'll be cancelling the order. The lack of communication is astounding.

Sleeping well for the first time in years

I was looking for a new mattress as I have lots of pain in my back and hips when sleeping causing me to have restless night's. I always read reviews before making a purchase and read reviews on the top ten. I chose to opt for the Hypina supreme hybrid as it had many positive reviews and was mid range price wise. For me it was a great choice it was delivered quickly they removed my old one at a reasonable cost and I knew from the first time I laid on it that it was extremely comfortable and supportive I now have pain free restful sleep. I would recommend this mattress as you have nothing to lose due to it's long trail period if your not happy you can return it but their not having mine.

Hypnia used to make great mattress…

Hypnia used to make great mattress toppers, now they don't seem to make anything, they took my money, promised delivery two days ago, didn't deliver, didn't explain, and when chased didn't respond. Now I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket to a company that looks, from company accounts, like it's on the brink.

Did not receive my order and I’m unable to speak to customer service

6th April- I am to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I encountered while attempting to receive my mattress order from Hypnia. This marks the first negative review I have felt compelled to write, given the circumstances surrounding my purchase.

This week, I placed an order for a mattress with Hypnia and opted for their premium selected day delivery service, which was essential for me due to my work commitments that often keep me away from home. However, upon reviewing my confirmation email yesterday, I noticed a discrepancy in the date format. The email indicated a delivery date of June 4th (in U.S. format) instead of April 6th, causing initial confusion. Despite this, upon logging into my order portal, I confirmed that the correct delivery date of April 6th was indeed specified.

Today, the scheduled day of delivery with an estimated time of arrival between 7am and 7pm, I made efforts to be available during this window. Unfortunately, upon attempting to contact Hypnia for reassurance earlier today, I discovered that they do not operate on weekends, leaving me unable to address any concerns until the following Monday.

Regrettably, the designated delivery time has since passed without any communication or delivery from Hypnia. Checking my order status online reveals that it remains in an “ordered” state, suggesting that the order may not have been processed by Hypnia at all.

This situation has left me feeling uneasy, especially considering the significant amount of money spent, albeit with a substantial discount, without any clarity on the status of my order or whether I will ultimately receive my purchase or a refund. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, I firmly believe that having accessible customer service during scheduled delivery times is imperative.

I am now left awaiting clarification until Monday and will update my review accordingly after speaking with Hypnia’s customer service. As it stands, potential customers should consider these delivery challenges carefully before making a purchase decision.

13th April 24 update- After speaking to the customer service on Monday (i must say I‘m been able to get in touch with them very easily and that they were all very friendly) I’ve managed to reschedule delivery for today Saturday the 13th of April with ArrowXL, who schedule delivery slot at 6.30 am! Apparently today they did not manage to deliver the mattress as according to them none was at home! The mattress cannot any longer be delivered today and will need to be rescheduled…. The adventure continues….

16th April 24 update- received a message yesterday with a timeslot for today, this morning I received a message saying that they could not delivery! Called Hypnia who confirmed that after any attempt they cannot deliver my mattress even today. I’ve taken 3 days off from work for this delivery, an absolute waste of time and effort! I ended up cancelling my order completely. Such a shame!!

I’m currently awaiting for a refund, hopefully it will come without further issues.

Beyond awful

Beyond awful! Took the day off work to await delivery as was advised via email from Tuffells it could arrive between 7am and 7 pm. However, no mattress arrived. Contacted Hypnia and have now been advised it won't arrive today, probably won't arrive tomorrow and can't confirm if it will be the day after. Only means of contact Hypnia have with delivery company is via email and nobody was responding! Looks like my 86 year old mother is sleeping on the couch. Buyer beware!
