So happy with my matress feels like I’m getting into a new bed every evening slept so well in the last 4 months of owning my Hypnia mattress

Great customer service ensured my island location was no barrier to receiving my mattress promptly and I am now enjoying really good nights’ sleeps. I’m so glad I chose to order a Hypnia mattress and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sadly my mattress has dipped where I sleep, I thought it was meant to be a firm guaranteed mattress ?

Absolutely poor customer service..been waiting for a replacement mattress for 4 months.No way of any escalation with just one email address given to keep chasing. Keep calling customer service every two weeks who say that the whole delay is with Warranty department. Even after warranty department accepted the claim, no sign of any mattress being sent out.Husband and I have been suffering for 4 months now with dips in the mattress.
Appalling way of treating customers with a 15yr warranty claim that is not honoured! So disappointed!

I have returned a mattress under 200 nights trial. It has been picked up on the 19th of April. A week later as I have not heard from the company I emailed with no answer. I emailed yesterday as well no answer. So far no more mattress and no refund.

With the complaints of no delivery I have seen here, I would advise to not order until it is clear it was not a kind of Ponzi scheme.

Update 01/05 : finally got someone on the phone (not through the return and refund line but order and enquiry line). Have been promised that the refund process has now been started. Will update again if I receive it.

Update 14/05/2024 : they never got back to me after I have provided the details they requested below. They don't answer emails as well. They promise on the phone a refund that never arrives.

Update 20/05/24: I waited the 10 business day after the date they declared the refund was sent to my original payment (PayPal). Nothing. After I emailed them they responded this time asking for my bank details as the refund is now ready to proceed. The one that they confirmed was sent on the 2nd of May.

I repeat : do not order with them. Carefully check there good reviews with same persons posting twice and showering every bad review.

SHAMBOLIC delivery service..delays, Hypnia didn't know where it was, tried and failed to get it rerouted, it turns up weeks later on my neighbour's doorstep in front of the busy road for anyone to lift, I only caught it quickly as I got a "delivered" text whilst at home, and the delivery man who was still there and about to leave was rude to me for his own mistake of dumping a £530 mattress on a stranger's doorway.

Lovely mattress, had the best sleep since buying the Hypnia super king size.

Had a hypnia years ago and it lasted for a few years. I always like pure memory foam mattress for its comfort. The last one around my glutes seem to have sunk and not rebound for some reason or another. So far this new one after 1 year plus is still OK..some apparently sinkage but seems to have rebound...watch this space.. But overall experience has been very good

So the time came when I had to say goodbye to my hugely expensive 10 Yr old Sealy mattress, I have neck issues & was told I needed to replace it.
I needed something more 'breathable' as I'm a female in my 50's and I also have Fibromyalgia & a fairly small budget!
I did weeks and weeks of research, spoke to fibro friends, sweaty women friends, insomniac friends, bad back friends!! Countless reviews.. Complete quandary!!
I needed a breathable bed which points to natural fibres BUT I needed the support of these modern mattresses.. Im not kidding when I tell you that trying to retain all this info in a fibro foggy menopausal adhd brain was near impossible. I whittled it down to 4 different makes. Weirdly the Hypnia stood out almost immediately but my fibro friend was convinced the Simba was much better..
it was also nearly 4 times more expensive which made me think that the hypnia would be a very poor alternative! Then I saw a review that said 'of course we bought another hypnia' it was a lady who said her husband is a very restless sleeper & this hypnia means she can sleep undisturbed!! That was the clincher..
Slight panic when it speedily arrived as the delivery guys just dropped the box in the bedroom & went to leave. My wrists were splinted at the time & no way could I open the box let alone lift a mattress onto a frame!!
Thankfully while not happy about it, delivery
guy opened the box & put sealed mattress on the frame.
It looked pathetic. What had I done! They took the old mattress away so I was stuck with this plastic 'thing'. I cut the seal on the plastic & was amazed when this mattress burst into life & grew into this huge plump &
luxurious mattress! What a relief. The only
downside to this mattress has to be the
chemical/plastic smell from it. I have a very
sensitive nose to smells. It's supposed to
smell for a few days, mine lasted for a good
10 days, I found taking the mattress
protector & sheet off it during the day &
letting it breath was needed to let the smell
go.
Despite the initial smell, my sleep improved from the 1st night! I swear it's got more
comfortable as time goes on. This has made
a huge difference to my life, I still have neck
issues but my as my spine now aligns
perfectly when I'm sleeping, my neck no
longer spasms & I no longer need to take
heavy duty painkillers for it.
I have had my bed for nearly a year and I love it!
My fibro has absolutely improved, people don't understand that with fibro it hurts to lie
down to sleep. I've honestly found that
because me weight is evenly supported, I sleep without causing more pain to my body. I wake up refreshed & I definitely have more energy these days.
Interestingly, I went to my friends recently & tried laying on her very expensive mattress. They felt very similar but I have to say, I think my Hypnia is slightly more comfortable!
Have recommended this mattress to loads of others & they are really happy with it too.
Just a little suggestion please!! Some bed companies make smaller mattresses for dogs. Could you start doing this please? My 10 year old 35kg dog insists on sleeping on the bed & he's not keen on letting me share it! I need to get him his own so I can have mine all to myself! Thank you!

Having had our new Hypnia mattress for a while I now realise that I probably preferred my previous HYPNIA memory foam mattress. Dont get me wrong, the new one is excellent but maybe a bit too firm for my old bones and it is absolutely no reflection on the mattress - its just my own personal preference!

To order the mattress the site was helpful and clear . It arrived on time and in good condition. Easy to assemble .
I suffer from a bad back and this is the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on .

Great value mattress. Came very small, but unfurled into a king size mattress.
Mostly very comfortable, depends on my position. My hip pain is generally improved after about 10 months. Sometimes I think it feels too soft, but it isn't really.

Brought a double for my son’s girlfriend for her 21st, she said, she has never slept so well, she feels refreshed in the mornings and loves going to bed. The best mattress she ever had. Thank you. Delivery time was quick and they turned at the correct time.thank you
