Dr Butler's diploma course came via a personal recommendation through a therapist colleague - she stated it was the most comprehensive and true to hypnotherapy principles she had ecperienced - and I second that! Brilliant course that blends theory and practice to increase student understanding and experiential learning. Be prepared to work hard and become immersed in this fascinating area. Hypnotherapy is not going away. Honing your skills at a high level coupled with professionalism is what this course delivers. As an NHS professional and Wellbeing practitioner I have observed the trend to cut corners and deliver meaningless fluff. Save your money and do this course to have the best quality grounding. I've attended all four Hypnotherapy Training International Courses with Dr John Butler, being 200 hours of professional in person training once, and again online for a refresher. Compared to two other professional hypnotherapy training courses that I have taken, Dr John Butler offers the greatest value and most profound experience which amplifies, contextualises, and integrates other approaches. The cherry on the top of this training, developed throughout Master Hypnotherapy Trainer Gil Boyne's lifetime of practice and teaching, is the personal qualities that Dr John Butler brings to the course. If your trainer cannot evidence how they successfully apply what they are teaching in their own life, or in-the-room in front of you, then you should keep looking until you find hypnotherapy practitioners and teachers as experienced and authentic as Dr John, Sharon and the rest of the HTI team.
100% recommended experience whether you intend to go into practice or not. This learning is priceless. The additional books, video and list of recommended reading materials provides for a lifetime of ongoing earning. This training does not end, it offers a beginning.

An excellent and inspiring course in every respect…

The HTI programme was recommended to me and I highly recommend it to you. I took the Hypnotherapy Skills for Life Change (HSLC) online in Sept-Oct 2021 and will take the other three courses in the next six months online. Perhaps I will be able to redo them in person, that would also be great. The HSLC course information, training, learning materials and the vast experience of Dr. Butler and the practical experience explained by Sharon Young provided me with an excellent introduction and foundation to hypnotherapy. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to take these course with HTI, I am certain they are top of the line. Thank you.
