Marc was very helpful, responsive and professional. It is not an easy process and it is very stressful, because it is a lot of money at the end. So you need someone like Marc to provide proper answers in a timely manner and professional support to get things done. Hypofriend provides a professional, honest and friendly mortgage brokerage service. It's easy to set up video consultations and the information is incredibly helpful. As novices, we understood little about the German mortgage market but were expertly guided through the process, right down to being advised that we'd be better off financially by accepting our bank's direct offer. Helge is not only our ‘mortgage broker’ but he is a trusted friend, advisor. With Helge's help we purchased our first home. Helge has spent hours upon hours with us, over the phone and in person. Helge always encourages us to ask questions, always emphasizing ‘no question is a dumb question!’ and we always feel like we can call him to clarify things we are unsure of!

We had a brilliant experience with Hypofriend. We heard about them from some friends and decided to give it a go. Our mortgage advisor Tobias Schöning was excellent. He explained to us all the steps at the beginning and supported us throughout the whole process with quite a few calls, also unplanned ones and ultimately helped us to get a good deal as together we acted very quickly. All of it in a perfect English, so he helped us also dealing with the paperwork in German. Absolutely recommended!
