Hypofriend helped us in finding a mortgage for our new home. We were completely new to this field and with lot of unknown risks, it was initially overwhelming for us. The blogs and the process explained within Hypofriend helped bring some clarity initially. Luka our advisor navigated us efficiently during the process and was always available for clarifying our questions. One practical hint: Hypofriend intends to suggest you to provide less equity for a mortgage and instead apply for a higher mortgage. This is in favor of both Hypofriend and a bank, but not you are a mortgage borrower. Be aware of it and try to push back their first suggestion in favor of more equity and less mortgage - if applicable to you!

In parallel taking with Hypofriend I was takeing offers from other banks as PostBank, Sparkasse and VolksBank.
