I returned my item using their return label. I asked for a full refund but instead they sent me another charger. They are not responding to any of my emails now and I have this charging unit that I do not want due to the poor quality. This has been ongoing since July 2025. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as it looks as if I won’t get my money back now. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.
Would give -10 stars if possible. This company is ok until you have an issue. Item sent was faulty- they agreed to a replacement & requested my delivery address which I sent them the same day. Now, about 2 months on & numerous follow-up emails, no replacement. They assured me the replacement was on its way about 2 1/2 weeks ago & it still hasn’t arrived. Don’t believe a word these people tell you. Product is rubbish, customer service is rubbish & they are liars & cheats. Would’ve been better buying for a fraction of the price from Temu - have never had an issue with them😝
