We have just had our fantastic kitchen fitted by Hytal Kitchens.
From the beginning on entering their showroom, Annabelle was really friendly and helpful. She arranged everything from Mick coming out to measure up, to the dates when the fitters,electrician and plasterer would be attending. Everything went smoothly and the quality of workmanship from all the guys was exceptional.

I would highly recommend Hytal to anyone wanting a quality kitchen.

On entering Hytal kitchens showroom we were met by a lovely young lady by the name of Annabelle. she was very helpful,and Knowledgeable about the kitchens on display. We made our choice and it was fitted as arranged on the 11th of December 2023. Cannot praise the fitter Rich and his assistant Chris enough. Excellent quality tradesman.The kitchen was exactly what we wanted,and fitted how we wanted. Ron & Joyce

Full kitchen refurbishment undertaken by a firm whose operatives, from design/selection stages to the preparation and final installation were excellent.
Planned work was undertaken on time and to a very good standard.

Hytal helped me plan my dream kitchen right from the start. They talked me through all of the different doors, handles and colours until I was happy with no pressure. All of the staff were super helpful, especially Annabelle who answered every question I had throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the standard of kitchen I now have and everything is perfect. Would definitely recommend to anybody and the price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Thank you Hytal again!!

Hytal did a great job, right from the start with planning and guidance from their expert team deciding on the right design and colours. Annabelle was very helpful and the outcome is fantastic.

Had original kitchen fitted by hytal 15 years ago. Just had a revamp. Changed the work tops and sink taps and hob. Replaced tiles with splashbacks. Everything was spot on and coordinated by Annabelle. All products and fitters were marvellous. Very pleased with new kitchen. Thank you. Can't fault anything.

I ordered bedroom wardrobes.the experience was straight forward from start to finish.Annabelle was very helpful and Rich was very professional and friendly.the only criticism I have is the shelf fittings could have been a better colour as did not match the wardrobes.think I might be being a bit picky.I would recommend this company and I would use again.well done to all the guys.

We had our kitchen fitted in July 2022 and received excellent service at the time from start to finish. Recently we discovered a crack in our sink and realised water was leaking through into the cupboard underneath. I immediately contacted Annabelle and sent her photos of the problem, she has been amazing at sorting it out for us. She got in touch with the fitter immediately and he could tell from the photos the damage couldn’t be rectified and we’d need a new sink. Within a day Annabelle had sourced a new sink from the supplier for us and had contacted the company who fitted our quartz worktops to book them in to replace the sink. She arranged for Hytal’s fitters to come at the same time as the worktop guys and within a few weeks we had a brand new sink fitted. Really happy not just with the initial fitting but with the brilliant aftercare we have received, especially with Annabelle going above she beyond to sort it out so quickly. Not many companies would have done the same thing. I would highly recommend hytal to anyone.

5 star for everything. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish from walking in the showroom to the fitter finishing and walking out the door. I cannot praise them enough not pushy don't try and sell you more than you want or the most expensive products but helpful and knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great local firm honest and trustworthy throughout.

Had a full kitchen fitted with Hytal and am so thrilled with the whole experience. All the staff were very polite and friendly and good at explaining things. I am really pleased with how the new kitchen looks, it’s wonderful. Thank you, highly recommend!

I’ve wanted my kitchen done for a while now, but the thought of it felt so overwhelming. When I got everything together to get it done, everyone involved with Hytal Kitchens and Bedrooms were brilliant. Incredibly friendly and so helpful.

I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the kitchen and I will be recommending them for anyone who wants their Kitchens doing.

Annabel and the team were fantastic from start to finish. They kept to the time table through out the installation and all personnel were very pleasant and helpful the quality of build and units were high end and we would have no hesitation in recommending Hytal to any of our friends and family they are brilliant at what they do

Annabelle was very helpful in the showroom when we chose our fitted wardrobes. The fitters were on time, tidy and pleasant. We are very pleased with the wardrobes and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hytal just as they were recommended to us.

Excellent service and quality. Staff are so friendly and helpful and check in with you all the way to make sure that you get exactly what you want.

They also provide products unavailable at bigger companies which we wanted (angled cupboard and dresser unit) finishing our kitchen off exactly as we wanted.

Could not be happier with the service.

And the delivery guys were fab too. Very mindful of my home and how they stored the units prior to installation. It's obvious they take great pride in the product too.

This is the third time we have used Hytal for fitted wardrobes & once again we have not been disappointed. Very friendly & efficient staff & the fitting done to a very high standard. Arrived on time & all mess cleaned up afterwards. We would highly reccommmend using Hytal.

Great service from start to finish. From meeting Joanne initially in the showroom to the support from Annabelle and Steve along the way. Nothing seems too much trouble for them and they are happy to help. Rich and Chris, the fitters, worked really hard and take pride in their work, always tidying up at the end of every day. I love my new kitchen and I would recommend Hytal.

I would recommend Hytal Kitchens to everyone! Can not recommend them enough! From measuring to design to fitting and after care, I was fully supported and reassured throughout to make sure I got the exact finish I wanted!

Richard did an excellent job of fitting, he took care of every detail and he scribed in all of the the panel detail where my boiler is, you would never know it was in there but is totally accessible and accounted for all the clearance needed inside the cupboard for the boiler to ensure it complies with ventilation regulations. Great knowledge and great craftsmanship.

Annabelle was an amazing support throughout and kept me informed about every little thing so that I didn’t stress. I knew exactly when people would be available and when things were happening. I opted for some features that were a little more complex so I needed people to come back and do bits after my quartz worktops and tiled floors went in, just to put my plinth’s on etc and it was as smooth as could be. Any query I had or help I needed during or after install was available and they were straight on it, That’s great aftercare!

I had 3 other quotes from big chain companies, one of which had 40% off and Hytal was still less expensive for the same high spec. The quality and service you’ll get from this company will not be matched in my opinion having used others in the past. You don’t have to worry about delivery as the fitter organises it all to arrive as he goes so that it’s not all piled up in your house for days like I’ve had in the past. I was renovating my whole house so this was one less stress I had to think about as it was all handled so well. I could go on and on about how great they are but I think you get the idea! Love my new kitchen that is now the hub of the house! I’m now looking at using them for fitted wardrobes for my bedrooms! 10/10

Annabelle was very knowledgeable in regards to a few kitchen upgrades I needed from a previous fit with Hytal, nothing was too much trouble and Annabelle kept me informed from start to finish along with Richard who installed my upgrades he was a very professional and the finished product was absolutely spot on,I would recommend Hytal for all kitchen and bedroom fits, Hytal are totally customer focused and the staff are a credit to the company.

I called into Hytal about replacing some kitchen doors. Anabelle was lovely very helpful and sorted us out straight away. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them. Very unusual to get such good customer service.
