I ordered a part that was shipped late and arrived one week later than the latest day of the delivery window.
I was out of town, the delivery went back and I was charged the shipping fees and 205 of the order.
So, instead of receiving apologies... I had to pay $40!
For nothing!

That part I needed was easy to find. Live Chat was very responsive. Price unbeatable. Haven't received the part but confirmed it is a genuine OEM part. Haven't received it yet, but my hopes are high.

I would never deal with this company…
I would never deal with this company again! Wrong part sent but yet WE have to pay to ship back and also pay a 20% restocking fee to HOPEFULLY get the right part! Its clear from my pictures that I had to submit, they sent the wrong part! It doesn't even match the photo when ordering!! My Dad said he will use the wrong part as a Frisbee and you can keep the $20!!
