Excellent service, kept informed.

Straight forward purchase.
Items as shown. Delivered as expected. No problems.

Ordered 4 items, 3 of them were ok. the forth was not at all like the pristine pale grey and blue shown, but a dirty muddy blue, I would have liked an exchange or refund, but found that there was an expensive phone number to call to ask for this, and I would have had to return the item to France at my own cost. I was lead to believe by the web address that this company was in England.
So disappointed

They had what I wanted and delivered timely.

Quality beads, prompt delivery

Prompt delivery, nicely packed but unfortunately the cord was was too delicate for my necklace

I ordered two batches Separately and the colour was exact (I was worried that the batch might be different in tones)

Very quick delivery, even from France, and very reasonable cost too. The beads are the wrong colour but that's my fault.

The name of this company is very misleading. They are not based in the UK at all - they are in France. I ordered some jump rings to make into a bracelet, the quality was terrible, the edges are very rough and would cause damage to the skin. When I contacted the company they said they would refund me the cost of the jump rings once they had checked that I hadn't made it up. That was when I found out they are not in the UK but actually located in France. Their website is a .co.uk site, the name of the company is I-beads UK and I paid in UK currency. I would never have purchased from them if I had known they were not UK based owing to any problems with orders. Very misleading. Since contacting the company I have heard nothing from them at all. My advice to potential customers don't buy from them Poor customer service and misleading information.

I ordered two sets of the same bead but the contents were different in each bag. Sent an email to customer service to advise but I didn’t receive any help. Such a shame because up until today I haven’t had a problem but now I’m stuck with a half finished project.

Ordered on the 27th of February, paid for express delivery which states 1-2 working days.
Recieved package on the 22nd of March almost a month later. (By that time, a different supplier has been found and ordered from them twice)
Not refunded for the express delivery paid even though I requested.
Communication was terrible throughout, nobody to actually talk to over the phone so you'll feel helpless.
They dont care about you, they just want to make their money and go.

Apologise and make excuses all you want (As you seems to be doing), its just not good enough.
