I-beads have unusual items and always deliver quickly

Package never arrived, poor customer service.

I was a regular customer about ten years ago. Then, I had to stop beading and have taken it up again only recently. I still had some products of theirs left, and so I filled in their online form, with queries about these products, and which they are still doing now. This was about one month ago, and I had no reply from them at all. I wasn't that happy, obviously, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and so I put an order with different products, and then a second one soon after. It was to my mind, a reasonable order in terms of the money I spent. When the products arrived, I found again I had a few questions, like the hole in some expensive moonstone heishi beads was tiny, and I needed help about the type of thread used - amongst other things. This time I called, on a Friday mid-morning, and there was an answerphone, stating that the team was busy, or something to that effect, and 'if it is necessary' to fill in their online form, which is the form I had filled in one month before and to which I had received no reply. 'If it is necessary'?! Of course it is necessary, I am not calling just for a chat. And why, don't they give me the option to leave a telephone message? Again, I tried phoning them for a second time in the afternoon of the same day. Same thing again. Their door is firmly shut and there is absolutely no way in getting through to them. I really find this appalling.
In terms of products, their website is not that efficient. They don't always state the hole size of the bead, which is something very important. Also, the photo of the rainbow fluorite is a misrepresentation. I ordered some rainbow fluorite, and the colours of the real product are really dull, and nothing like in the picture which is really vibrant with intense colours.
Getting in their website into your account, is also very difficult. They have these photos 'I am not a robot' to pick traffic lights for example in squares, and I had to make about 6 attempts to get in. Normally, I don't have a problem with these. Yet, another difficulty in accessing them.
I hope that someone from the company reads this, and they respond on Trustpilot, giving me a telephone number that works, so that I can finally ask them some questions. And then, I may add something positive in this review.

What arrived was good quality and accurately described. However, this is a French company which I had not realised when I placed the order. Hence you need to recognise that delivery will be slower.

Products were of good quality. The same as from any other shop.
Ordering was easy.
Big problem, second time! The delivery date was set for 18.01 and confirmed as this. We waited in for two days to then receive the delivery on 20.01. Surely there must be a way to be more accurate.

I can make shapes with it but it is very small i was expecting it to be bigger
