Purchased Airpod 4’s from a kiosk then opened put in my ear and they do not fit and have no customizable tips. So I wanted to return. No returns on open item or items that go in the ear???? $200 down the drain, how can this be legal? Buyer beware, better stick with Apple directly.

Ordered 3different items, 3 different days, each has a tracking number, each track day had a variance of delay excuses then finally a “Out For Delivery”, whoopie, NOT! After 2 days, “Delivery Made”, no delivery! I asked istore what address that they were sent too, again, 3 different shipments, they wouldn’t tell me the address, or Company that they use in Canada that they ship with! This is a really well organized operation but it is a total scam, do not shop with any company named istore!

Didn’t receive item after several weeks. Support ghosts you if you bring up refunds. Please remember, when something looks too good to be true it probably is.

On the 13/2/25 ordered 2 items from this seller and only received one ( wrong colour) still no sign of second item have emailed them 4 times and have had any response . I really think this is not a genuine seller but just a very good scam. And I advise everybody to avoid using up seller .

there was a problem with my purchase when I contacted customer services, they were dismissive, rude and unhelpful. In fact, I would describe the messages I receieved to be beligerent and insulting

SCAM Stay away. Take your money and you get nothing. Phone number doesn't work, emails gets you no where. you'll get a form letter reply that has nothing to do with your order!!

Ordered an item in September, last tracking said ' handed to airline'. After several email communications, the person that I was dealing with has stopped communicating and emails are ' not delivered '.
Avoid these scammers at all costs

SCAM "INNOVIZE" been waiting since October for my parcel I emailed them and they replied they said a couple more days and parcel will be with you am still waiting they sent me a tracking number it doesn't exist now my emails get sent back as can't be delivered fuming

This place is a scam, don’t buy from them they take your money send you a fake tracking number & then you never hear from them again.

My wife purchased a dog pool from this company via Facebook. She is normally really careful with purchases but this looked completely legitimate and she saw they had hundreds of reviews from what looked like legitimate facebook users. However, its a Chinese company that sell your email and since then I've had 20-30 junk emails a day, when before I was getting hardly any. Two weeks on we've heard nothing from the company and they are not responding to emails. Opened a dispute with PayPal.

Fraud company.. doesn’t send the order u actually place .. no communication.. no refund .. no return address.. do not buy from this scammers..

This online store do not deliver what they advertise, avoid at all cost or fall into the same trap as I did where I paid good money for a product that was so far removed from what was advertised it was laughable. I then sent emails requesting a refund along with photos to be told that they were not receiving them and that the warehouse will look into. This went on for weeks, until I was told that they could no longer refund as it had past the 7 day return policy !! They even have the audacity to sign off the email as Heidi Hi. Con artists - they need shutting down

The telescope is a piece of junk. I wasted my money. The items are not what they described. This is a fake company taking advantages of customers

Poor communication and quality. Have received an item which isn't as pictured (copy of original it seems) and also poor sizing (on the generous side, so far too big)
Have attempted several times to contact and arrange return but have not yet had one reply
I have paid through PayPal so hopefully I can sort this eventually

I paid over $120 for some dresses and harnesses that were advertised to me and led me to this website. I ordered them on January 7th, on January 14th I emailed requesting an update since the tracking said it had not been shipped yet. I was told it would ship soon and that I ordered a dress that was being ordered frequently. I received the package on February 20th. When I opened it I noticed none of the clothes I received were what I ordered. Many were in the wrong size completely. It had been shipped from China, despite the contact number being from the UK so I am assuming it was a dropshipping website. I contacted customer service again on February 20th to request a refund for the items that were not sent to me. I sent the pictures the same day "Molly' responded on the 24th. It is now February 28th and I have not received any updates, or a refund for the money I paid her company that did not send the correct items. After looking on facebook, I noticed that there were many of the same complaints that I had. Her business page on facebook is constantly being reported as a scam and there are tons of comments about the scamming. When her page on facebook is taken down, or it becomes filled with customers dissatisfied or upset they were scamed, she creates a new page and pops up somewhere else.

Do not purchase with this scam company. Ordered a stained glass suncatcher. Was sent a pvc (plastic sheet) cutout with a piece of printed paper glued to it.

Return and refund have been refused at this point.

Avoid this company seems to me to be nothing but a scam, selling inferior products from China at premium prices. They sent me a smart watch which very poor quality and didn't even work. They refused to refund my money, saying I had returned the item to a third party address even though it was the address on the packaging! Their customer care is none existent and they are far more interested in hanging on to the money than ensuring customer satisfaction.
From the supply of cheaply sourced, inferior goods to appalling customer service this company is not worth the risk, nothing to be gained here.
