Do not buy anything from these scammers.
I m exchanging multiple emails from more than a month trying to request return refund and they either dont reply or they dont wanna give me my money back and provide return details
This is a joke, please avoid buying anything from them you will loose your money

Do not use this company. I ordered shoes that took 5 weeks to arrive and when they did they were 3 sizes too small and had creases in the leather. My complaint with accompanying photographs was answered by " If there are no quality problems with the product it won't be supported to return". THEY ARE TOO SMALL AND DAMAGED!! Scam!!

This is a complete SCAM. Ordered a metal construction kit on the strength of a Facebook ad. What came bore no relation to what I ordered

This company is a SCAM. You pay for boots and recieve something completely different. Dont buy anything.

I have apparently been subscribing to this company and don’t even remember how, why or when ?or what ordered so memo to self check bank statements more often .

I ordered a camera online with these people. Within an hour, after reading some very negative reviews and deciding that some risks are not worth taking for a bargain, I cancelled my order.
My cancellation was ignored as were all my other Emails. They then wrote and offered to accept my "late" cancellation for a sum of money. I replied, enclosing a copy of my original cancellation, that I had cancelled my order very promptly and consequently I owed them no money whatsoever.
Yesterday, almost 2 months later, they sent me an Email announcing that they were taking legel action against me. Unbelievable. What crooks.
Don't having anything to do with them, don't even make an inquiry, who knows where that might lead.

I ordered an expensive , computer component from this company. It was just £5.00 cheaper than another website but I foolishly chose this company because they advertised Paypal payment all over their front page and believing you could trust a site with Paypal I placed my order. Big mistake! Firstly placing the order is fine but then you get to the payment section and the Paypal option has disappeared but I thought it might reappear again later in the process but it never does so you are left with card payment or bank transfer. I didn't trust a bank transfer so chose card, making the full payment of the product which was offered with free delivery. Shortly after payment I received an email that my payment was short by £12.99. Questioned this with the company and was told it was for admin costs? I also noticed that despite them saying the product would be delivered from stock in their UK warehouse they sent a delivery schedule which included shipping and import clearance! I decided I didn't want to deal with the company and requested a full refund within 2 day of placing the order. They said they would be deducting £12.99 from the refund for the admin payment I now owed. I have asked if they are aware of the distance selling regulations which requires companies to give a FULL refund without any deduction if an order is cancelled within 7 days of receiving the product. They said yes they were aware of the regulations but I still owed them £12.99! They are no longer replying to my emails, so I do not anticipate getting my refund any time soon. I feel they are pushing me to go along the court route. Save yourself the aggravation, go elsewhere.

Do not go near this company. I waited over 5 weeks for my order of headphones, despite them being advertised on their site as in a UK warehouse, and as 10 to 12 days delivery time. After many e-mails, in which the reponses to me were minimal to say the least, i eventually got my parcel, but the wrong item was in the box! (much cheaper pair than was ordered and paid for) As i had ordered these for a Christmas present, it was now too late to ask for replacement, so asked for full refund. They agreed, and promised to pay full purchase price and return postage. However, they have now had the order back with them since 2nd January 2014 (sent by tracked Royal Mail, so i know when it was delivered), and they are now ignoring my e-mails for my refund. Currently i am out of pocket for over £174, plus the £212 it cost me to go out and buy a replacement pair of headphones from a retail shop! There is something definitely not right with this company. I have opened up case with Paypal, but even when i get refund back for my initial purchase price, I may lose the postage cost i paid to send product back. (had to send back to Germany) Very stressful experience, never ever again will i even consider this company, for anything. Low prices - too good to be true. Beware, you will pay the cost in one way or another. Customer services, forget about it, pretty much useless. Obviously being guided by company heirarchy, and responses (if you get any) are 'standard policy' to say the least.

Stated the item i was ordering was being posted from Their UK warehouse but the next thing i know i am getting emails to say the item is awaiting clearance in Thailand customs. Cancelled the order straight away and asked for refund. I had paid with Paypal but they asked me to create an account with them so i could ask for my money back. in the end i got Paypal involved to get my money back. Took about a month. TOTAL NIGHTMARE, AVOID.

Item ordered on i-store-online website not delivered after two months. Only ordered from the site because payment was via PayPal. The seller (who seems to be based in Germany) has an apparently elaborate mode of dispatching goods. It is unlikely that goods are ever in fact dispatched. I think the elaborate system is to string the customer along for so long that they are barred from opening a dispute via PayPal - because too much time has elapsed since the original purchase. What I don't get is why PayPal has not suspended the seller's account?

I ordered a small tripod from this company; the web site page said it would be delivered from their Milton Keynes warehouse but it was only after order and the status e-mails started to arrive that I realised they didn't stock the item in Europe.
I waited 6 weeks during which time I received e-mail updates to say it had been shipped, was in customs, released from customs, then the item could not be found so they instigated a search, and finally that the item couldn't be found and they would order another. They were in possession of my money all this time.
Also a problem was that much of the time their e-mails were in German despite me constantly requesting communications in English. I also had to send them a confirmation with my signature saying I didn't have the item, hadn't received a delivery advice from their carrier etc. in order to get a refund. Then you have to go into your account on their site to request the refund, they don't just do it.
I won't ever try to buy from this site again and couldn't recommend it to anybody else.
........after another couple of months they did eventually refund my money but obviously have an issue with PayPal as they couldn't refund to the PayPal account I'd paid with, and I had to supply details for an international payment (IBAN No etc.).
Only try to buy from this company if you a) like to wait ages only NOT to receive the good ordered b) enjoy huge frustration trying to get your money back and c) like to receive e-mails in a language you neither speak or understand :((

I bought an Asus motherboard that said would be getting delivered from their Milton Keynes Warehouse only to find it was coming from abroad & going to take at least a month. There's no shipping number given either so u don't know if they're actually sending it or just taking your money. Having read other reviews tho I would presume the latter after people haven't got their goods or money months down the line apparently. I contacted PayPal & they instantly escalated it to a claim giving the seller 10 days to give me a tracking number or deliver the goods. The seller then sent me an email saying Paypal was an incompatible method of communicating & offered me a refund but instead of doing a reversal they simply put some the same amount in my PayPal account & told me to close the case. I spoke to a PayPal rep about this & was told to keep the dispute open as once I'd closed it it couldn't be reopened & the funds they sent me could be reversed anyway.
They may be cheap but I'm pretty sure they're a scammer - they're the dodgiest company I've unfortunately had to deal with :(

Ordered a graphics card from them thinking they were at least on the continent but used 2nd class delivery methods which accounted for their 10-12 day shipment time. They are actually based in Thailand and their shipping method appears to use actual ships and in my case took way longer than 10-12 days. I gave up after 1 month with no delivery and cancelled the order (which to their credit they did immediately). Looking at the progress of the order (which they show on their site) they spent 2 weeks preparing the order for shipment(!) and then another 2 weeks travelling to their "local distribution centre" wherever that is. It was sat there for 3 days before I cancelled it.

The problems did not end there however. They only refund in Euros and they appear to use a standard Paypal transfer method rather than the vendor refund system they are supposed to use on Paypal so the buyer could end up losing substantially on the exchange rate conversion to GBP and will also pay Paypal's transfer fees (up to c. 3%).

Their telephone support never answers. They never answer emails and their support site has not been fully translated from German so you will need to use a translator to understand the support request form fully. They responded to less than half of my support ticket requests.

So, the prices might be good and they are a genuine vendor so you should receive the goods eventually but I would recomend that you only use them if you are very, very patient, willing to wait 4-6 weeks from order and are confident you won't need to return an item or get a refund.

Attracted from a very good price I ordered a Tamron lens worth some 600 €.
I chose bank transfer as a method of payment as it is usual in Austria, where I live.
Order was processed in the middle of the night, which is definitely not usual here in Europe. Later I discovered they are based in Thailand!
They sent the order confirmation with payment through Visa and not bank transfer. An error? Definitely not, they wanted to make me pay with credit card to avoid giving bank details.
In 3 days they sent several very long emails with a lot of non sense aimed to reassure the customer they care very much of safety and legality. Everything perfectly written in German.
I canceled my order as I was not given the option to pay with bank transfer. I did a really good move as many other web sites in the german speaking area claim i-store-online is a scam or in the best option, if they ever deliver anything after 3-4 months, items will be very often stopped at the custom and customers will have to pay duty and VAT, making the item more expensive then on the local market.
Don´t buy from this web site if you care for your money.
