Love this optician, they are always really friendly and make you feel valued. Each step is clearly explained and you are given the relevant options with no 'hard sell'.
Today I had my eyes tested and was really pleasantly surprised with how quickly and efficiently this was done, I was guided through the various steps very smoothly. The opitician took the time to explain what was happening and at the end gave a breakdown of what my new prescription meant and what my options were.
They were happy to arrange for new prescription lenses for my old glasses, and also talked me through current option styles and prices. I found the total price to be very affordable for what I had decided to go with, especially for a second pair. I will need to go back to have new lenses fitted to my current glasses but I had expected that as they are prescription.
Overall very please, can't recommend enough.

Staff are incredibly helpful and very chatty. They're very warming individuals who make you feel like you've been friends for many more years than you have been a customer, and the service they provide is immaculate.

I have been in the care of Stephen Gallagher and his team at 121 in Glasgow for some years now and cannot praise them enough. They are professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. Their customer/client care is superb.
I would commend them to anyone looking for support in the care of their eyes and in the choice of appropriate therapies, interventions, or new glasses or lenses.

I was on time for my Appointment. The Receptionist was very polite and asked me to wait for Stephen. After a very short wait, in which I looked at the displays of spectacles, I was shown into the examination room. Stephen went through the procedures for my eye examination. He was very professional, explaining all the procedures. After the examination, in which I was told that I would need new lenses, one of the assistants helped me to pick new frames. I was not pushed into purchasing expensive frames. All in all it was a very good experience.

The quality of service remains very high and the staff are all personable and work hard to ensure the product is fit for your needs.

I made the mistake of ordering glasses online- they came and the style and balance of the vision wasn’t correct.
i2i and Mikey in particular have now sorted me out. I contacted them, had an appointment the next day and job done. Avoid online, especially for expensive varifocals and get expert advice and fitting. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Absolutely outstanding service from the moment I walked in. This was my first visit to i2i and I will absolutely be recommending Stephen and his team to everyone.
I wanted to chose somewhere I’d have access to the the best frames and service (after years of budget end frames); i2i, Howard Street provides this in spades.
The range of frames offered is exquisite! David spent time finding the perfect frames for me; additionally obtaining multiple frames that weren’t on the shop floor based on his knowledge of the ranges and my needs. There’s no risk whatsoever of leaving with something that isn’t perfect. Honesty and knowledge are at the forefront of every interaction. It’s like shopping with a very clued up friend.
I’ve now got two pairs of the best frames I’ve ever worn ordered and can’t wait to collect them! I’ll be back for sunglasses next year too.
