Exceptional quality products. Absolutely fell in love with the oud diffuser and the candle too. Communication has always been great with the company. I'm not planning to change IAM apothecary for anything else anytime soon. Thank you for the beautifully scented products.

The candle came very quickly in very nice packaging
The scent I went for was the Lime ,Basil & Mandarin deluxe
And the smells are amazing

First of all, these candles are ABSOLUTELY DIVINE! Secondly, the customer service we experienced was remarkable. My sister has been raving about these candles for literal years but, unfortunately, we live in the US and didn't think shipping to our home address was an option. Adam proactively reached out and sorted shipping so it arrived in Texas a week after placing our order. I couldn't have asked for a better interaction and the surprise on my sister's face when she received the candle was priceless.

Hi Hazel,
Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves in the products we make and that our 100ml reed diffusers will last up to 6 months.
To get the most out of them remember to turn the reeds weekly to keep the scent flowing. Use 5 of the 10 reeds provided and then when the bottle is half empty use the other 5. There will also be 2 extra thick reeds in each box..
If the fragrance is not strong enough for you then please pop those in too and it will create a stronger aroma. However this will reduce the shelf life.

Amazing products. The Lime basil and mandarin goes well my bathroom, Amber and Tonga been in the bedroom in the bedroom, and my absolute favourite black Pommy granite in my living room. Lasts ages strong smell. Definitely recommend. Also they support ODD animals charity which is an assign cause.
Loved my first purchase , my whole hallway smelled of fresh clean linen, as strong three weeks later as day one. Had to get another one for living room! Absolutely the best I’ve ever had .
i tried IAM last summer and now its all i use. I can smell the diffusers everytime i walk into the house. They also last up to 6 months so money very Well spent. I can’t recommend highly enough.
