Look carefully at the framing options

The framing options looked quite straightforward on the website however when my image arrived, the frame was very different than I thought I'd ordered.

I didn't get a receipt until I asked for one, so I couldn't check what I'd ordered vs what arrived.

Using the explanation from the customer service rep, when I went back to the order and tried to replicate what I'd gotten wrong, I think I'd get it wrong again as it's not clear that if you order a canvas instead of paper print, the frame will not be at all as shown in the images on the website, you have to look really carefully to understand that if you order a classic frame for a canvas print, you're going to get a very different frame.

Long story short, the print is very good, delivery is fast, good value for money, customer service is fast and detailed, just BEWARE to ignore the images of the frames shown and dig deeper to see what you're really getting if you order canvas instead of paper print.

I will order again, will just be super careful not to order canvas if I want a flat classic frame.

I love the print and excellent customer service

I love the print and will look great, unfortunately, it arrived damaged. The shipping tube got crushed in transit and damaged the print. FY! Customer service was excellent. I emailed the company and they got back to me within hours to rectify the issue.

Why no review request!

I was surprised not to receive an invite to review this company as nearly everything you order these days wants feedback. Anyway, I only have good things to say about my experience with Fy! I was very happy with my art print purchase. The quality of the print was great, it was sent in firm cardboard tube with cardboard lids (instead of the usual plastic) so went up in my opinion on the sustainability aspect and the product arrived perfectly no dings or dents. The print/delivery time was also very reasonable. There was a huge choice in designs and the website was very user friendly!

I ordered two more prints from FY!

I ordered two more prints from FY!, as my first ones were superb.Really good quality.unfortunately this time they never arrived. When I enquired they were very quick to respond and told me my parcel had been delivered 2 weeks earlier, just to the wrong address. FY! were very understanding and positive, and I am now awaiting a reorder.
I feel the fault was with the courier, not FY!, as their handling of the orders was great.

Shady artists, loads of AI, but good quality prints if you can find one made by a human!

My prints are great quality, and Chloe from customer support is awesome, so three stars for that! However, I'm so hugely disappointed that Fy! does not disclose the use of AI in their art prints, and some of the artists are super shady and have no footprint outside of this site. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend for that reason.

Brilliant Service

I ordered a print which arrived and unfortunately the one that arrived (there are 2 versions) had no slogan on it, which I wanted. Nevertheless the quality of the print is superb and I think (when he has time) my husband may put the words on the print for me, but I have to say I quite like it as it is.
